The man, the dog, and the hummingbird

This story is too fun.

It’s a short video on how a kind man saves an angry dog who in turn saves a hummingbird from imminent death.

(Thanks to a reader who shared this link with me.)

“Man Goes The Distance For Tiny Hummingbird His Dog Helped Rescue”

After watching the video, ask, “Do I have time for the little hummingbirds needing rescue in my life?”

  1. What a deep sense of love. He did not accept the picture of a dead bird and the result is joy, vitality, and love. All have benefited.

  2. If we all loved and cared for one another as these creatures of God, what a better world this would be. But I have hope when I see things like this.

  3. Isn’t this what it is all about? Caring for others is really caring for ourselves, too. Thank you all involved for bringing this to a post. Great start to the day.

  4. Thanks so much for sharing this, Evan! What a much-needed and Beautiful Contrast to some of the “other things” that are happening out there on our Planet! This video brings such a quiet sense of Love into our Hearts! Much Love and Blessings!

  5. Thanks Evan looks like another lesson in human perception … A mean dog? God did not create a mean dog. The dogs True essence was seen through the love for a little bird. Human perception is Corrected … And the little hummer, although appearing dead, is Alive and well…all mankind is Better for the experience … we should ‘watch’ the thoughts we take into our consciousness …. If from God, they are good and bless all!!!! If not, change them to align with God and what He KNOWS❤️ Thanks for this sweet reminder … All is Well in God’s kingdom, and we, His beloved children can count on Him.

Love the lessons in this video-symbol of Love…expressed!

Thanks, Evan. (You’ve ‘rescued’ a few, too, for sure!)
