  1. Brilliant! A generation of Baby Boomers are set to “retire” from the workplace. Think what that can mean spiritually for themselves and the rest of the world!

  2. All the goodness
    of God’s Life,
    is here, now!

    Reflected …..Real….Now..!

    The future
    has no seat
    at the table
    of eternity

    We are the children
    of God’s Spirit,
    By her breath
    we ‘live and move….’

    This being True,
    means all that
    is Her’s, is what
    we are.

    All the goodness
    of our divine
    Parentage, is,
    our True Being,
    and is here, now!

    Love, and her
    Seven Sisters,
    Remind us of
    our place at
    the table of
    the Eternal
    Goodness
    of our Life
    In God’s

    1. Thank you Maximo for your gorgeous poem 🙂

But in the beginning of your 6th vers I would say:

      Love, and her
      Six Sisters, …

Because there are seven synonyms for God.

And at the end I would add, if you allow:

      … of our Life
      in God`s everpresence.

Thank you Evan for today`s SV – I agree fully with today`s proverb 🙂

      1. Wonderful edit Uta… I was wondering
If anyone would see the 7 synonyms
        references… and you did….
        Always love our co- authorship
        of prayerful poetry

If there was an 8th synonym
        What could it be?

          1. Or, omnipresence.. ?

but Maximo, in our hearts we can add these to God`s synonyms .. 😉

  3. Thanks! This is exactly what I’m working on. It feels like I have an incredible amount I need to do, it’s overwhelming; but when I set that aside and appreciate the moments, the stress melts away. I can listen for when God wants me to do next. And, life is much better!

    1. Hi Ellen,

      as Maximo says, me too.

I also make the experience if I listen to God`s leading it`s much more effortless and with joy 🙂

  4. Yes that’s so true…We need to go through this journey of life with a calmer, fuller step..appreciating on the way the numerous goodness of God’s bounty, beauty, grandeur and goodness… This slower, smoother journey adds so much color and vigor to life. But no…. we are all the time rushing…either due to fear of missing the train, or to keep an appointment, etc. At least I do that most of the time…. This saps into our energy, our harmony, our joy and leaves us exhausted and weary. I so needed this lovely post Evan. Thanks
We need to work more on…”Time is measured by the unfoldment of good..There are no delays in God’s kingdom” God governs every aspect of our life..even our time.. If we only lean on Him, we shall have enough time and more.. “To those leaning on the sustaining infinite today is big with blessings.”
