Plan wisely

“Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.”

~ Proverbs 21:5, NLT

And the most important prosperity of all is abundant spiritual mindedness. What we gain spiritually stays with us in the long run…and by “long run,” I mean way beyond this earthly experience!

Avoid the hasty shortcuts of apathy toward God and too little prayer which amount to spiritual neglect. Be a wise planner and plan for the best by growing a bit spiritually every day. It will keep you healthiest and happiest.

  1. Sure, we are all here for our spiritual progress, but, we get pulled into the vicious circle of material life, attachments, worldly ambitions and very conveniently put aside our spiritual goals and aspirations.
Only if we pursue our spiritual goals and try to be better each day, everything good that we need in this life, would fall in our lap effortlessly…be it a good house, good friends, good job, good relations, financial security, good health and a happy life. Its a promise given to all of us by God, that if we seek to be good then He gives us the kingdom.
So instead of running after worldly pleasures, lets start making our journey spirit ward and be blessed with everlasting happiness. Happiness based on worldly things fades with time and is short lived.
    Thanks ever so much Evan.

    1. Nergish, I love your response… I am convinced this is the highest approach to experiencing a fulfilling earth life…

  2. Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed to be reminded of. Thank you so very much for your dedication and sharing.

  3. As the sunshine is impartial in effortlessly sending its beams even into the prison cell,
not judging the worthiness of the”shinee,” even so, Divine Love is impartial in its
bestowals of abundant goodness and care. It knows nothing of an “earthly experience,”
(though mortal thought believes in this state). God’s man is never “on earth,” but always in the
heaven of God’s sunshine and grace.

How wonderful to know this, to glimpse it, anyway.
For even the glimpse bespeaks the whole, huh!

    Love our SpiritView Family!
