O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Do you feel wonderfully made? If not, drop any demoralized material sense of self that that is holding your mental gaze in a low place, and adopt God’s point of view that is in a high spiritual place.
When you see what God sees, you’ll see that you are wonderfully made.
You are a spiritual creation filled with talent, worth, value, intelligence, creativity, and many other commanding qualities that are a wonder to witness when expressed.
From God’s perspective, you are a wonder to behold. See what God sees!
Encouraging and just in time! Many thanks.
I love this, thank you!
I’m so grateful for this healing message! Thank you Evan!
Thank you Evan. Such a comforting reminder of how Life IS ❤️
This feels so comforting today when I seem to be going through a very painful physical experience. Thank you for taking the time to send us these helpful daily nessages.
True!
This is where my spiritual study for the day begins! Thank you, Evan. So grateful!!
This is a follow up to Rose’s post yesterday of the link to the transcript of Dan Jensen’s excellent lecture on beginning rightly. For those who would like to listen to the lecture you can do so at Christiansciencect.org in the human voice section of the historical lectures section. He has another excellent lecture posted there as well titled Practical Wisdom.
Just a fantastic lecture!!!!❣️
I am wonderfully MADE in God’s
Magnificence | Abundance | Dominion | Enlightment
Love this Mark!❣️
Thank you Evan for reminding me.
Wow! Thanks, Evan so, so much.

Fantastic article J, thank you!❣️
The verses from Psalms that Evan shares today are full of gratitude and humility and praise to God. Being in that frame of consciousness is the best and really only true way to perceive life (Life). These verses acknowledge that He made us, so we give Him all thanks and praise and glory to know that we are made wonderfully and fearfully.
I do wonder about the wording ‘fearfully made.’ I know it’s not about any human material idea of fear, because there is none of that in God or God’s likeness. But how do others read this about us being fearfully made?
According to a bible translation.Rose:
Meaning of “fearfully made”: This term is meant to evoke a sense of awe and reverence, not fear. It acknowledges the great care, heart-felt interest, and respect God put into creation.
Meaning of “wonderfully made”: This points to the unique and marvelous nature of God’s workmanship. Every person is created with a special plan and purpose, and it is something to be marveled at.
.
Thank you Maggie, that is very helpful. It’s like when we read that we should fear the Lord it means to be in awe and humble and respectful of God’s greatness, not to be afraid of Him. But thinking of Him making us fearfully, that was new to me, so I appreciate very much your explanation. Do you happen to remember which translation of the Bible was that from?
I Googled the translations, Rose – you can get all of them on there, and I got an overview from the Bible Hub. You may like to have a look at them and maybe find something else helpful. I find it useful when I am studying the Lesson Sermon as a First Reader.
Thanks Maggie. I’ve used Bible Gateway, but I will take a look at Bible Hub.

GOD’S WORD Translation:
I will give thanks to You because I have been so amazingly and miraculously made. Your works are miraculous, and my soul is fully aware of this.
New American Standard Bible:
I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.
New Living Translation:
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
Dear Rose. I don’t kniw if you will see this, but I read somewhere about a teacher in the Sunday School who asked his/her teenage class what they thought it meant to be fearfully and wonderfully made. One young man said “Oh wow I am awesome!”. So Rose we are all awesome. xx
Thank you, Evan!
Thank you Evan and All. With mortal sense constantly pointing at us
and everyone with defined characteristics of what our “identity”
should be – we aren’t young enough, tall enough, thin enough, pretty
or handsome enough … it is so encouraging to see ourselves in the
spiritual perspective, where we are Perfect the way God created us.
Thank you very much Linda, Cheshire UK. I appreciate your sharing about the Sunday school student recognizing his awesomeness, made by God, as we all are. No fear here! Amen!
Also Linda, thanks for writing even though you thought I might not see it. I find it helpful to return to the Friday message over the weekends to see what new posts may have come in, so conversation and learning can continue. I hope others do the same. Love to you all.
Oh, Yes, I do that too, dear Rose … that is, return to the messages to see
what new inspiration has been added. I love how the post(s) are up all
throughout the weekend, nights, as well as during the week. We are all
so very loved and loving here. A little microcosm of a spiritual view
outlook on the world. Lovely!
Beautifully said Carol. I’m grateful for this clear thinking, spirit-minded, loving community.
Oh really, I and we all can be very grateful and happy to know Christian Science which puts us into spiritual light
where we become acquainted with our only true and absolute beautiful and perfect individuality, so as God made us out of his great Love and Goodness. Thank you dear God!
Thank you very much dear Evan, to remind us that we are wonderfully made by our loving God, whatever the seeming false senses will tell us. Actually they cannot say anything as divine Love gave us all a spiritual sense in order to understand and express Truth!
Dear Rose and Carol, thank you dearly, and I totally agree with you. And I’m also very thankful for this lively and loving and healing conversations! ❤️
