What can you do when another person is persistently trying to convince you to believe something they believe, and you strongly believe otherwise? Do you get mad, fight about it, or smolder in resentment?
There’s a better way.
I explain how to stay calm and let the truth you believe speak for itself in this vlog that was filmed near the Beartooth Highway in Montana, when Kathy and I visited the area in August 2025.
Thanks Evan. Very cool to be reminded that Truth can take care of itself and stand on its own, it has its own power. It doesn’t need us to get humanly defensive or carry a false weight of responsibility for having to make Truth true. It’s maybe more like we step back and observe and bear witness to the awesome power of Truth (a synonym for God).

I had the beginnings of such a conversation with one of my sons some time ago. He is genuinely concerned about ‘’faith’’ as he has no belief in God as far as I can see. Well, I brought it to a kind but succinct end just by saying that whatever he or anyone else thinks , ‘’my God ‘’ ( everyone’s of course) is there for everyone, eternally , lovingly caring and sustaining life . No punishment for misunderstanding just joy on revelation…..❣️
I can be quite difficult to stay quietly with the spiritual facts that we have come to love and prove
when someone tries to convince us of their opposite beliefs. It may be that they are trying to convince
themselves of what they are saying, and wanting us to agree with them.
I can see though by what Evan has so brilliantly imparted to us, that it is a wiser thing to do to let them have their say, and quietly stick with the Truth we know and love, If they ask for our thoughts, then we may
perhaps lovingly share with them some healing or proof of what we have experienced, and not get into
any argument about conflicting beliefs., which can be upsetting to all parties and generally gets nobody
anywhere. It helps if we always remember to keep our minds filled with Truth and Love every moment and be always ready, listening for what the Christ is imparting to us for the right way to respond.

We can take comfort in that wonderful promise from Hebrews.8:11. as Mrs Eddy assures us ,too, in Science and Health page 242, “It is only a question of time when ” they show all know Me (God), from the least of them unto the greatest.”

Thank you for this beautiful message in such a beautiful setting. And
the thought of not letting things that we don’t agree with, get to us. I had
a message today (incorrectly sent to me) that made no sense, whatsoever.
In trying to figure it out, I realized it was sent by someone I do not know,
and then it really made sense that I could just let it go and delete it without
giving it any more thought. Isn’t that how when we do Know the Truth/God,
to be our only Truth, anything that doesn’t fit into this Truth (that seems to be
True), also falls away as erroneous? No matter who believes it or how many
“mortals” seem to believe it – like 0 always equals 0 regardless how many
times it is multiplied and seems to be real… we can delete it from thought.
