Are you looking for better sleep, more restful nights? If so, take the Psalmist’s advice for finding satisfying rest when he writes, “Rest in the Lord” (Ps. 37:4).
To “rest in the Lord,” is to rest thought in the omnipresence of Love. This is doable when one is willing to honor God’s omnipotence and omnipresence.
Restlessness is the by-product of believing another power and presence exists outside of God. A belief that there is an evil power stirring up tense emotions, generating fears, and sustaining physical and mental discord. These sensations are illusions of the human mind which dissipate in an acceptance of God’s omnipotence and omnipresence.
In prayer, know that your thought is free to ascend out of a mortal sense to a spiritual sense of reality. That you are not bound to fears and false beliefs of mortal mind. You are a free thinker to side with truth and love coming from divine Mind that lifts your thought to heavenly places filled with healing inspiration.
Rest thought in a consciousness of Truth.
Rest thought in the omnipotence and omnipresence of God. It’s a place of peace, a place of heavenly rest that satisfies.

AS so many have said so often ,” this is just what I needed to hear today.” So grateful that God meets every need. So grateful for the love Evan expresses in helping to meet those needs.
Thank you, Evan. I particularly have found your statement above,
very helpful, ” In prayer, know that your thought is free to ascend out of
a mortal sense into a spiritual sense of reality. That you are not bound
to fears and false beliefs of mortal mind. You are a free thinker to side
with truth and love coming from divine Mind that lifts your thought to
heavenly places filled with healing inspiration.” This is such a comforting
message and helps us find rest and peace in Love that surrounds us, not
needing to look elsewhere for anything but the divine. Much appreciated,
for these words of encouragement and for those shared in the comments
and article, also, above.
