Admit only what you wish to experience

“Admitting only such conclusions as you wish realized in bodily results, you will control yourself harmoniously.”

~ Mary Baker Eddy, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 392.

What are you admitting today for your health? Be honest, and let every thought align with God’s thought. The results will be good.

  1. I love this picture, the expression and the color. I love the idea of admitting only what we wish to experience as well. Meditating on this further, I must articulate that I wish to experience only peace, productivity, ease, clarity of direction, spiritual energy eternally motivating. Comforting, guiding, inspiring, supporting, holding us all in perfect alignment and empowering us to be and do only good.

Thanks be to God and all HerHis lovely ever perflectly unfolding creation!

  2. Thank you, Evan. Your quote from Mrs. Eddy and your reminder to let every thought align with God’s reminds me of another of hers:
To live so as to keep human consciousness in constant relation with the divine, the spiritual, and the eternal, is to individualize infinite power; and this is Christian Science.
    (My. 160:5)

It takes such spiritual watchfulness to watch our thoughts and to stay in the divine and human coincidence, yet this is so important. Thank you for the reminder!

  3. What a concept to answer the challenge, how to neutralize devastation due to a terrorist attack. If this is a threat, to us all, it can only be adressed by “to individualize infinite power;” which we reflect, directly from God, our creator and source of being. This is my protection, and I’m sticking to it.

    1. Thank you, Evan for alerting us, each & every day.
To begin correctly & stay the course, is to end, correctly. Gratitude to all who share.

  4. I am sharing this with my son as it’s perfect timing. He is getting all four wisdom teeth out today. I am sure it will be a quick and painless recovery, and will remind him of that!

  5. Thank you all for your comments! Thanks, Evan, for that powerful reminder on how to “control ourselves harmoniously.”

  6. Thank you, Evan! Yes, admitting only ones spirituality as God’s child, that is helpful to me, as it contains everything I want. Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health p. 591 – line 6 , that man ìs the full representation of Mind, divine Mind which is a synonym for God. That is comforting for me to admit my childhood of God.
