“If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”

“If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
I heard a very fine priest use this quote, and he said,”Well I have faith, but I cannot move a mountain.” My understanding of this Biblical quote is that one’s problem, whether a disease, finances etc., is the mountain, and it can be moved through the understanding that CS offers.
I was pondering this Bible verse not long ago. It occurred to me that a mountain is matter. Even symbolically, a mountain is an obstruction. Matter, obstruction, is nothing. No matter how big it appears to be – matter is no-thing, NOTHING! So of course faith can move mountains! Faith leads to understanding. Understanding removes obstacles.
If Divine Mind does not acknowledge matter. then there is no mountain to move.
It’s mountains of fear, worry and doubt that seem to get in the way!
