Happy New Year

December 30, 2011 | 11 comments

It’s out with one year and in with another one.  To the eternal life that God has given us to live, it doesn’t matter whether a moment is identified with 2011 or 2012.  The goodness of God is always present to the fullest degree and available for us to experience at its very best.
May your New Year not be a mortal year — measured in terms of days past, deadlines reached and met, and dollars earned — but a God Year, measured in terms of spiritual growth attained, love reflected, wisdom shared, neighbors’ lives touched with healing, and spirituality lived and expressed.
Enjoy your weekend, and have a Happy New Year.

  1. Many thanks, Evan, for your daily blogs. They are so comforting, encouraging and inspiring. Each message helps me feel included within God’s heavenly family of Christ ideas.

Blessings to you and your family, too! sas

  2. Happy NOW forever to you, Evan!

I was just led to look at your archive list on the left side of your website page…made a quick count of the wonderful (understatement) and helpful messages you
have sent out these last years….looks like about 2000 or more ( perhaps 2012?).
I feel very blessed to have received so many of these. God is indeed divine Love, and is indeed reflected by His idea, Man.

    Nice knowing you, Evan!!

  3. Thanks so much, Evan, for your very helpful messages and spiritual insights. I don’t always comment, but I always read your blog. I also greatly appreciate the comments of others. They are rich in spirit. Yesterday’s blog – Don’t Grow Old -was excellent! I printed it for further reference. A very Happy New Year to you and all.

    Sandy

  4. Thanks Evan and all inspiring readers and writers. Here’s hoping all have a happy new year. I just told a friend it seemed like yesterday there was a Y2k scare, remember that? God bless you all.

  5. Thanks, Evan, for your consistently inspiring blog. I haven’t always let you know how much it means to me and how often I share with others the ideas you post. Happy New Year!

  6. Thank you Evan for sharing with us, during 2011, such inspiring messages. It was a joy to meet you both when you lectured in Southport, Merseyside, England.
May you and your dear family be truly blessed in the year ahead.

  7. Our continued association and our reliance with God through your continued good work with your daily spiritual information and your class leadership.

These are the building blocks you have chosen which renders our blessings each and every day!

    Thanks Evan
