Dear Evan; This is the first time, I heard of the above. I love the analogy, especially the last one; “Small minds discuss people.” That one reminds me of the bad habit of Gossiping. The middle one; “Average minds discuss events.” Brings out the thought of just reading about it for pleasure, and something to talk about. The first one though; “Great minds discuss ideas.” Brings out the thinking, what can be done about it, and the ideas that will bring accomplishment of those ideas
