Some people are still fearful of catching Covid as they mingle with the public and gather with others. Thankfully, this is a fear that can be healed and rendered harmless.
As a child of God, each of us have built-in spiritual immunity to Covid. A consciousness of spiritual truth protects us from infection, renders germs harmless, keeps us healthy, and helps others around us stay healthy.
It’s helpful to understand that a child of God is not a sponge soaking in other people’s fears and false beliefs. A child of God is like a ray of light radiating from the sun. It illuminates its surroundings with the light it carries.
As a child of God, you have an immortal individuality that is always safe. As you stay conscious of your immortal reality, the truth you know illuminates the environment you circulate in with spirituality, spiritual power, and good health.
If one meets a person who believes they have Covid, there does not have to be any transference of fear from one person to another. There can be healing instead. The spiritual mindedness of the illuminated thought can neutralize fears and prevent them from spreading harm. Both people are benefited.
So, have no fear of picking up Covid. Know your spiritual immunity to it and reflect it abundantly wherever you go and in whatever you do.
A consciousness of spiritual truth keeps you safe and healthy.
Evan I love the idea you stated, that as the loved children of God, our consciousness is radiating out and illuminating our surroundings with that divine Light. Just by knowing the truth of how God made us and maintains us we become a force for good to ourselves which also spreads out to everyone around us. All basking in His Love.

The divine thought I always love a lot is the comparison with the sun and the rays going out from the sun. So I like what you state here, that a child of God is like a ray of light radiating from the sun. It illuminates it`s surroundings with the light it carries, is very understandable for me. This light carries all the qualities God is and imparts to all His children and all living creatures He made. These qualities of course are for instance permanent Health, Strength, Safety, Loving Kindness etc.

Thank you Evan, Rose and Uta for lovely thoughts. A couple of days ago I went into a large town near me to shop. I had not been there for some time. It was still the school holidays and it was very crowded with people. I found myself feeling slightly anxious and wanting to get out. Then I remembered some past thoughts that Evan had said about Covid – that our only contact can only ever be with God, Divine Love and that we are all always 100% spiritual ideas. This completely took away all fear and I was able to complete my shopping joyfully. I am so grateful for all the help I get from SpiritView.

Thank you so much for these declarations of Truth, Evan and all. I had taken a photo
and had inadvertently captured a ray of sunlight that the camera picked up that I
could not see, when I took the photo. Within the ray was a rainbow of colors,
like “the bow of promise on the cloud” that refreshes and beautifies after a storm.
So many truths (Truth/God) are being brought to the surface of thought where
they are being healed, as Mrs. Eddy in S&H pg 401:16, states: “What I term
chemicalization is the upheaval produced when immortal Truth is destroying
erroneous mortal belief. Mental chemicalization brings sin and sickness to
the surface, forcing impurities to pass away, as is the case with a fermenting fluid”.
Although through trying times, it may not seem like it, but individually and
collectively, Truth is always there, just like rainbows we can not always see.
I recently returned from a month in South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Since I live in Southern California, this entailed many hours in airplanes and airports. Very few people were wearing masks so I think some of the fear has dissipated. Even at my destinations: tent camps and lodges, there was very little conversation about Covid. If it did come up my comment was “Why couldn’t you ‘catch’ my health?”
While at first amused, people saw the point and agreed. As a lifelong Christian Scientist I feel protected whether at home or halfway around the world. I’m grateful to you, Evan, for your daily spiritual enrichment and to this community. I almost feel as if I know some of you!

A friend That I had been in close contact with all day yesterday just called to say she had symptoms of something and was afraid she had exposed me. I told her thank you for the alert and that I would pray for the situation. She said it was fine for me to pray for myself.
I had corrected my thought about contagion all day when we were together in many places and with other people and had no fear. I knew we were in the atmosphere of love wherever we were.
I told her I wasn’t worried. We had had a lovely time together. She thinks she doesn’t believe. She knows I do. I will pray about the unreality of the situation and that exposure and germs have no power. This blog came at an opportune time. Thanks to all who back this up with great comments and prayer for all..
We went to town because my friend had an appointment at the dentist at 9:00 am. When we arrived, they told her that her appointment was at 1:00 pm. We had traveled an hour to get there. and immediately I thought this can’t be possible. That was all. The receptionist suddenly said there was an opening and that they could take her right then. This meant our day would continue as harmoniously planned and I was grateful. This shows how even when not consciously praying but having taken time to be prayed up the right message at the right time in a simple statement of Truth works every time when needed.
So inharmony can’t rear up it’s ugly fearful face and change the harmonious day. “So have no fear of picking up Covid {or anything]. Know your spiritual immunity to it and reflect it abundantly wherever you go and whatever you do.”

I’ll be honest – during the height of the crisis, I am a CS who got vaccinated, wore the masks, got the card, yadda yadda. Hardest CS decision I’ve ever had to make. I am not afraid of the virus, nor am I afraid of the vaccine – both being incapable of hurt nor help.
What tipped the scale for me was during the height, was having to deal with the extreme fear of those underpaid, overworked, understaffed nurses driven to the brink. While our methods are diametrically opposed, our motives aren’t.
So it seemed the fastest way to show respect, support, and love in a very limited amount of time to allay the fear in their environment when I was around. Of course this is a false environment in and of itself, but I felt directed to take this action without fear.
In the end, I don’t feel it makes me a “bad” Christian Scientist, nor do I fear any sort of “back door” belief creeping in later because I did this and was truly honest with myself.
Quite frankly, if it does, then I have the tools to eradicate it, and am willing to do so, if this show of support provided seemingly human comfort, love and support to those nurses. I love them.

And this weeks CS Bible Lesson says, that our individuality is purely spiritual; and that means it has nothing to do with error; and the vaccination cannot touch at all your God given spiritual individuality!

I prayed about the impulsion to do this, and really didn’t like the answer I got back – because it certainly seemed to have the earmarks of self-will, or masquerading as my own fear, despite my protests to the contrary.
In the end, it feels like I just followed my highest sense of good at the time under the circumstances. I didn’t make a big deal about it, and suppose I’ve gone further than necessary here!

i have actually stop thinking about the covid knowing without any uncertainy that we are and is alwzys protectrd by God. Although the senses try most times to tell us other wise. We being Christians, can truly relie on Truth without fear of any contagion.
