Seen on a bumper sticker by a reader:

  1. Yes! Casting your net on the right side. SH 557:18 ~ “Divine Science rolls back the clouds of error with the light of Truth, and lifts the curtain on man as never born and as never dying, but as coexistent with his creator.” God never forgets who we are … thank goodness.

  2. So there’s this other saying that “Stressed spelled backwards is Desserts”. Forget the stress remember the “desserts” – the good stuff, the sweet stuff.

    1. Thanks Sheila for your post. Great way to turn stressed around! Helps us to think about the sweet stuff, the good stuff as you mentioned. Good stress buster. Made me smile. (=

  3. Thank you Sheila M for the desserts, my Mamai would sometimes serve dessert first, as an example of “only remember the good”. Very good to live by, to know that Love is all that’s real. Let the blessings flow because you are Loved.

  4. I’ve also seen a bumper sticker that says, “Too blessed to be stressed.” In my prison ministry when greeting inmates along the corridor on the way to the chapel, in response to my “How are you today?” they invariably answer “I’m Blessed!” That is always so remarkable to me when an incarcerated man knows he is blessed.

    1. Thank you Friend! I will use this thought and all other wonderful sharings in my jail ministry today. Blessing to all !

    2. Thanks for sharing the answer of the prisoner, or prisoners who know they are blessed.
And they say it aloud. “I am blessed” !
Makes our hearts grateful and happy.

  5. I loved reading 1 Corinthians 13 and yes indeed Love us The Greatest Thing in the World.. Thank you for all the comments.

  6. Thanks Evan, loved it!!
Loved also seeing the word stressed reversed to “desserts”. How can one ever be stressed if they focus on the desserts of life..impossible!
Many hugs to Evan and to his followers on this blog. We are sooooo blessed!

  8. Thank you Evan and Sheila M. Sheila, loved the saying that “Stressed spelled backwards is Desserts”. Forget the stress remember the “desserts” – the good stuff, the sweet stuff. And I would add how much I am blessed.
