All things are possible with God

I like this promise a patient shared with me:
“If it’s necessary, it’s possible.”

  1. God is our divine Father and Mother. He loves us much more than even our human parents love us. Can our divine Father Mother, hold back any good from all of us, His most beloved children??? Never. We can expect only the best from God.

All that we need and all that is necessary for our well being and utmost good… is possible for God. So we can always rely on Him. At times patience is needed for the good to be unfolded. But it does unfold and we need to put all our trust in our Divine Father Mother, God, for God alone is the Infinite source of Love and all that we always need.

Thank you Evan for the lovely post.

  2. That is from Dave Hohle’s lecture, “Time is not a factor”. It is quite an inspiring talk with vivid examples of why that statement is true.

      1. Thank you for the link to that lecture. I can’t tell you how much I needed to hear that message. Powerful lecture, great lecturer!

      2. Thank you Ellen for sharing the link to David’s lecture. I just finished listening and it was excellent. It was such a great wake up call to time as mortal limitation. So happy to be a part of Evan’s blog and all those that share!! Enjoy

      3. Ellen,
Thank you for sharing that link. I also listened to his lecture earlier this morning. There are some wonderful CS lectures on YouTube.

  3. Great thought starter! Necessary for whom? Necessary can mean required to be done, achieved or present; needed; essential and “outer” me can think of all kinds of lack – and seemingly powerless wishes and desires to fill the void – but then I remember there is no “outer me”, only one Presence and Power pouring in and through me as Christ and constantly expressing like an eternal fountain (think Bellagio!) for whom necessary means determined, existing or happening by law; inevitable. And possible is no longer just conceivable, able to happen although not certain to, but able to be done, within the power or capacity. The power of faith – saying “yes” to God. My true inheritance for eternity. Let the day begin!

  4. Very good day to Evan and group SV. One of my favorite quotes from Science and Health is “Divine Love has always responded and will always respond to every human need”
It follows very clearly from that appointment that if necessary it is possible. We are not left to chance in our human experience. God is there, with his omnipresence, his omnipotence, all his love responding to what we genuinely need. How reassuring, how wonderful! – Is it necessary? IT’S POSSIBLE!!!. -Excellent day seekers of the Truth.

  5. Thank you Evan, for this thought provoking sentence!

How interesting today, thank you all for your inspired comments.

Thank you Ellen for the link to David Holes lecture “Time is no factor.” I watched it, very inspiring with gorgeous examples/healings.

Now I can comment a bit my understanding of this sentence. I hope it is understandable enough.

If there is a necessity for healing an ailment, because it is vital for your life to express God, it`s possible, because all good is possible to God, who is in controll of everything. And a CS demonstration is always very good and therefore possible, no matter what the need is.

Interesting what Patty says; as a German I have to look up several words to understand her inspired comment, thank you Patty.

What a lively healing blog, thank you Evan!

  6. One of my favorite quotes! That is what I gleaned from the David Hohle, CSB lecture I believe I heard a couple of years ago. I have it on a sticky note in my study room. Such a profound statement and so helpful and reassuring. Thank you for sharing with everyone Evan. (=

  7. Thanks to all. I appreciated the lecture, too. The statement that comes to mind from Mrs. Eddy is “Impossibilities never occur.” (S&H 245 27 only) She is speaking of the 74-year-old woman who looked 20, but I see it also to mean if something so-called “incurable” has been healed, then it is no longer “incurable.” Whatever is necessary—health, supply, a relationship—is possible!

  8. This is great. Yesterday’s blog was perfect and a keeper as I was preparing for a board meeting. Today I am going out carrying this wonderful thought with me and more after I listen to this lecture.
I am so grateful to you all for your your statements. They are treatments and testimonies that uplift others and help so much.
I am also grateful that I live in California and a later time zone so the SV blog is full of wonderful messages from all over the world by the time I do my morning study..
    Thank you Evan for

  9. Evan,
Wow! Your Spiritview is so timely! I had a customer call me this morning worried about a shipment going to a National Park due to the government shutdown. The shipping company was supposed to call them today to schedule that delivery but the problem was, if the government shuts down, they will not be in the office tomorrow to take delivery and do not know when they are coming back into the office. My customer asked if there was anyway it could be delivered today. Well, if I based my conclusion on the material facts from the past, I knew the chances were not very good but after reading the Spiritview this morning, I kept an open mind. I spoke with some of the freight company representatives and although they very much wanted to help, the outlook did not look good. The freight had only just arrived this morning to a “dark facility” meaning there was no staff there. The rep decided to call the driver but was having a hard time with doing the conference call on her phone. Then, she said with surprise, the driver is calling me! 🙂 And do you know I was able to call my customer back letting him know the product would be delivered today! What a way to start the day! 🙂

  10. And wow again. I just had another demonstration! 🙂 I had a shipment with 2 pallets. One pallet was delivered on Monday 1/15 with some other pallets in a separate shipment. The customer just discovered he did not have the second pallet but his employee had mistakenly signed for both. This can mean a claim can not be filed if the pallet of product is lost by the shipping company. The loss would have been over $6,000. And I called the shipping company and they told me the pallets did get separated but that it had literally just been delivered in the last couple of minutes. The customer was amazed when his guy called him and reported that second pallet being delivered so quickly after calling me. This is just wonderful! 🙂
