You are spiritual

October 8, 2025 | 26 comments

Are you good at seeing yourself as a spiritual child of God?  I hope so, for you have a spiritual individuality with God that is perfect in every way.  And the more you understand this fundamental fact of existence, the easier healing happens when you pray.

I share how knowing this truth leads to healing in this vlog filmed in the Saguaro National Park, in Arizona, April 2025.

  1. Thank you so much,Evan – that is so positive and help
    for me right now.

I’ve penned a few verses to share, which just came to me as I was prayerfully accepting this wonderful fact of being spiritual. I find short verses easy to take around with me to keep me tuned in. Just the fist two lines
    are easy to remember.

I am spiritual, whole and free,
For God is taking care of me.
I’m not cemented to the earth,
I’ve had no material, mortal birth.

I live to glorify the Lord,
The Holy One, to be adored,
To praise and bless the Holy One
    And His beloved faithful son.

  2. Thank you, Evan. “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:”. I will keep this in thought throughout the day today.

    1. Thank you very much, dear J for this wonderful and healing and comforting article by Kim Crooks Korinek!♡

Am deeply grateful for your so loved and healing SpiritView Vlog, dear Evan. It’s very important and so very appreciated to make very clear to us that our individuality is entirely spiritual as God’s so loved child, and that feels very good and is totally healthy!

Thank you, Evan and all – big hugs ❤️

  3. Thank you Evan and all above for this much needed perspective of our
True identity. This spiritual view is beautiful and isn’t it amazing, that
amidst the seeming lack of rain, such lovely cactus thrive. The heavenly
source of God’s Goodness shines through where lack seems to be and
such it is with a spiritual perspective. Very much appreciated and your
poem, Maggie, is beautiful and the article, J , very apropos to seeing
ourselves as God’s children. Thank you.

  4. Tucson, with magnificent sunsets, protective comforting mountains, awe inspiring vistas where things very far away appear very near, makes a perfect backdrop for this message of keeping our thoughts in line with God, Spirit. Poetry helps do that too, as illustrated by Maggie’s message of praise and truth. We are God communicating love to the world. We’re not two things, one to get rid of and one to keep. But that is what we do with our thoughts. Reject what we think about that might exist without love or intelligence, (matter) which makes us feel love is far away. But focusing on what actually does exist, Spirit, transcends time and space and good will appear very near to us. A beautiful way to live this day. Very grateful to all.

  5. This is a very inspiring and uplifting SV – thank you again,
Evan, and for everyone’s contributions -including the beautiful thoughts from Carol and Kaye – it has all helped me enormously today to overcome challenges. Thanks
also for J’s continual supply of articles some of which
I have found to be outstanding, and I am always so grateful for them.

    1. Thank you very much dear. J for the “weekly met”. I do know about it as I get it nearly every week on Facebook. A Christian Scientist gives at Cedar’s Camp a special explanation of the weekly Bibel lesson lasting abt 25 to 30 minutes. It’s very interesting.
