    This definition of Joy came to me years ago and it has continually served to remind me and to continualy serves to bless me:

    JOY IS THE EXPRSSION OF GRATITUDE FOR LIFE.

    There is a long back ground to its conclusion, yet, the sentence explains it all really. G
