True health as a quality of Mind is God’s gift..This fact is reassuring and comforting but I know it comes with an obligation to keep my thoughts in line with God.
Thoughts of pure goodness and love are my defense against both disease and sin. They give me harmony which is my health – the kingdom of heaven here and now.
A CS practitioner once told me that true health is mental loveliness.

Babs, I love what you shared– true health is mental loveliness. That is a simple statement to remember, a standard to which we can hold our thoughts moment by moment to be sure they are reflecting loveliness and that we are conscious only of everyone’s true status as God has created them to be–lovely, complete, whole. Mrs. Eddy writes on page 298 in Miscellaneous Writings, “The true consciousness is the true health.”
