  1. As I’ve studied to learn more about my true identity as the manifestation of God, the idea came to me that everyone that interacts with me should walk away feeling like they have been hugged by God. So that is now my goal each time I’m with someone. šŸ™‚

    1. RobertH, I’ve been wanting to thank you for something. (I hope you see this.) One of your comments a few months ago shared ideas about the fact of only one Mind. It gave me an insight and sudden feeling of freedom from an oppressive situation (which had been going on for a long time). Thank you so much for what you had shared. And also for your wonderful sharing today!

      1. LOVE what you wrote: ‘c’ Caught the JOY of gaining freedom from the “fact of only one MIND”. Thanks for sharing your results, many more to come. . . . .

      2. Thank you c! It makes me happy to think my comment helped you so thanks again for taking the time to mention it. I remember that comment. You’d think that once I got clear once on the fact there is only one Mind I wouldn’t have to keep praying to keep that straight in my thought. But just last week I was studying the answer to the question “What is Mind?” from S&H because I felt the need again to get my thought clear about that. I love the answer Mrs. Eddy gives to that question! For anyone that wants to read it too, you can click on the link below.

So many times someone will share a comment and I won’t take the time to thank them so I hope everyone appreciates how much their comments help me. Just yesterday I was reading an old SpiritView from 2023 and came across a YouTube video Rose shared that I enjoyed watching so much. And I don’t believe anyone thanked Rose for sharing it, so…THANK YOU ROSE! It was a video by Mark Unger. And thank you everyone else for your comments!!! Even though I may not make a comment thanking you each day, I read every comment and enjoy them so much! While I’m at it, thank you also to everyone who thanked me for my comment above today. This is a special group, isn’t it? And thank you to Evan for giving us inspiration each day and providing a platform we can use to share ideas with each other!!!

        1. Thank you very kindly RobertH. Glad you enjoyed that video. Occasionally I too go back and look at older SV’s. Sometimes there are comments that came in much after the original date and sometimes we see or hear something that touches us in a new way. .

I do remember the Mark Unger video, it’s called ā€˜God is the Healer, So What is Our Part?’ I found the link if anyone missed it,,,and YES this truly is a special group and much gratitude to Evan and all.

          1. And thanks Robert for the quote from S&H on What is Mind? Very strong and clear, we all need this.

  2. Thank you very much, dear Evan for this most important advice! It’s not only the condition for peace in the world but also the healer for everything!
I love our wellkown hymn # 179 starting with

    Love one another, – word of revelation;
Love frees from error’s thrall, – Love is liberation,
    Love’s way the Master trod;
He that loves shall walk with God.
    Love is the royal way.

There are two more healing, comforting verses.
The end then says the powerful truth:

Love, Love alone is Power! ā¤ļø

  3. Evan, I sure needed to hear that admonition today, as bright and early as it is. It’s a wonderful way to begin each day. I will add, first thanking God for all good and then acknowledging that I need (and want) to love everyone. Without Love, God, we have nothing.

    1. Thank you for reminding me of this most wonderful article. It has been a ā€œtouchstoneā€ for me since reading it in 2003.
How precious it is to realize that we are ā€œloved enough!ā€ – A truth to carry us forward in difficult times.

    2. J, this is a great article. When I was first in Christian Science I struggled with the thought that I just wasn’t loving enough. The more the admonition to love came from articles I read or from others, the more I felt awful that I couldn’t love as much as I should. Then gradually I came to understand more and more that to love others is to see God expressing his love there, as them. One time I saw a grandmother arrive for a visit at her daughter’s house. She got down on her knee and held out gifts for the children, but they continued playing with their toys. I didn’t see them again for two years. On my way to their house, the thought came that I had the right to love them as much as any family member, and the way to do it was to see how loved they were by God. I spent the 30 minute drive listening to God tell me how he loved them. One child had been a year old when I last saw them only briefly, but he looked up, rushed to me, grabbed my hand and pulled me over to excitedly show me his toy. The difference between their reception of me and the grandmother was that I didn’t want or need anything in return from the kids. It was enough to just think about God loving them.

  4. I love the following citation from Miscellaneous writings by Mrs. Eddy.

“Love is not something put upon a shelf, to be taken down on rare occasions with sugar-tongs and laid on a rose-leaf. … Love cannot be a mere abstraction, or goodness without activity and power. As a human quality, the glorious significance of affection is more than words: it is the tender, unselfish deed done in secret; the silent, ceaseless prayer; the self-forgetful heart that overflows; the veiled form stealing on an errand of mercy, out of a side door; the little feet tripping along the sidewalk; the gentle hand opening the door that turns toward want and woe, sickness and sorrow, and thus lighting the dark places of earth.”
    (pages 250:14–16, 20–3)

  5. Thank you Robert for sharing! I keep a journal of “my purpose” ideas and have added this to the list. Always appreciate everyone’s comments! Blessed day to all.

    1. “Man is idea the image of Love.” “Beloved let us love one another for everyone that loveth is born of God and knoweth God.”

    2. Barbara what a good idea to have a ā€œmy purposeā€ journal. Many people feel confused at times about their direction and purpose. Very helpful
to write down the inspirations that come when we pray and gain greater understanding of our God and His relationship to us. We can look at our journal at times that we may need a reminder.

Sending Love and hugs to everyone. Love one another, that is the all in all.

      1. Rose, I have a citation Journal for verses from the Bible and passages from Science and Health which inspired me most during studying the weekly Lesson Sermon, which I too write down to remind me of the Truthā¤ļø

  6. 2 weeks ago I was thinking about the first 2 commandments and it struck me that I typically glance over the second part of the 2nd commandment – not only to love one another, but to love one others ā€œas thyself.ā€ Woah…that’s pretty serious.

  7. This message is so simple, but yet so profound. Thank you all for the love
shared here. The graphic is beautiful and brings us together in true harmony
and peace. “God is Love” “Can we ask Him to be more?” (S&H pg 2 : 23)
So very much needed today in a world that seems so divided with mortal
sense trying to rule the day. God’s Love is powerful and transcends the
beliefs in matter that try to drag us down and how inspiring to see ourselves
and others included in this Love.
I am reminded of a quote by Albert Camus, which, if incorporated into the
message in today’s rule for success … to love one another …
“Don’t walk in front of me … I may not follow. Don’t walk behind me …
I may not lead. Walk beside me … and be my friend”. Love is our Best
and Ever friend that is always with us.

  8. A perfect graphic that will stay in thought! Thank for that and thank you for all the good responses and articles. You are all loved.

  9. Wonderful Spirit View today. Thank you Evan and thank you everyone.!
Had a power cut today so I’m looking forward to reading the articles before bed.
… We love because He first loved usā€¦ā£ļø

  10. Isn’t it great that three simple words, “Love one another” … has welcomed
such a plethora of inspiring comments! A beautiful sharing of such Love.
Thank you all for these wonderful expressions of LOVE.
