What are you affirming today? What is captivating your attention and dominating your thinking? Is it good, wholesome, inspired, healthy?
Mary Baker Eddy writes, “Truth is affirmative, and confers harmony” (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 418).
If you’re looking for harmony and peace, affirm Truth! Affirm the truth about God.
What you affirm and accept as reality, you experience. For the best results, don’t affirm negativity, anger, resentment or disease. Dispense with those enemies to health and happiness. Affirm Truth instead.
Stick with God and prosper. You’ll feel much better.
Affirm Truth.
Wonderful way to start the day!!!
Thanks
Love this, thank you!❣️
yes! this is a Blessed way to start the day, Thankyou.
Thank you all
This morning I affirm the Truth:
“My mind is a beautiful
Landscape and God is always there “.
Lovely Pp, thanks. My thought was similar to yours and we were both writing at the same time. The One Mind at work.
What can I affirm today? This is the thought that came:
I am (we all are) the perpetual reflection of God. Everything I see is the perpetual reflection of God. From Hymn 134 “Thy hand in all things I behold, and all things in Thy hand.”
Another line from that hymn says, “The thought of Thee is greater far, than sin and pain and sorrow are.”
Imagine that, just a thought of God is immeasurably more powerful and can wipe out belief of any discord.

Yes Rose, thank you For
“ imagine, just a thought of God is immeasurably more powerful and can wipe out belief of any discord.“
I am going to focus on that precious idea.
Blessing to Evan and all SV support.
I continued to ponder the line from Hymn 134 that I mentioned,
“The thought of Thee is greater far, than sin and pain and sorrow are.”
Another line popped into my head:
“For You with me are greater far than all the seeming evils are.”
Very similar, even the same rhythm. I couldn’t place it so I looked it up, it is the very beautiful Hymn 527 which begins “Lord open his eyes that he may see…” I believe it’s about the prophet Elisha praying for his servant to see the truth of their spiritual safety, even in the face of a menacing looking advancing army (2 Kings 6:17).
I found this idea very moving today, to try to see beyond what looks real and scary and stay with the Truth of God’s allness.
Thanks everyone and blessings to all.
Dear Evan, I’m still loving and affirming the truths in your wonderful post of February 5, 2026!!!! It bears repeating:
“What are you affirming today? Are you affirming “ you are an immortal child of God, reflecting eternal health and harmony?
Are you affirming that you are richly provided for by the infinite resources of divine Mind?
Are you affirming that you live in the omnipresence of the Comforter which keeps you feeling the comfort and peace of Love?
Are you affirming that God made you healthy and keeps you healthy?
Are you affirming that you are blessed by boundless good coming from God without limit?
Are you affirming love, peace, harmony?
Are you affirming the positive?
Are you affirming your truth with Truth?
Everyone is affirming something everyday about themselves. For the best results, be sure to affirm what is in your favor to experience.
Affirm Truth! Never error.”
That post was so helpful and Life affirming!!! Thank you again!!!
Thank you, Sharon, for reminding us of this fuller verion of
today’s SpiritView. It is very helpful.
That is a very comforting thought and feeling, knowing that we are all
in God’s spiritual hands, Rose and Evan and all. Thankyou!
Thank you Evan for this. I also appreciate the helpful bridge given, i.e., to affirm Truth is to affirm the truth about God, to simply affirm what is true about God.
“Affirm: to state something positively, confidently, or to confirm a decision is valid. It involves declaring a belief in the truth of something”
“The place of the practitioner in healing” by Donna Leigh Lundman. From the September 1985 issue of The Christian Science Journal:

Excellent article, J – thank you. Lots of affirmations there until the healing
was reached.
