As you say we must be quick and prompt to delete from our consciousness any suggestions or beliefs of sickness, revenge, or anxiety, worries which do not align with the Mind of Christ. If we shut out such suggestions right away the better for us. Else they make home in our consciousness. Throwing them right away brings us so much peace, good health and joy. We need to pray “Let that Mind be in us which was also in Christ Jesus.” Every effort to keep our thoughts aligned with Christly thoughts is blessed of our father who helps us keep our thoughts uplifted and pure.
