  1. One antidote to fear is to know you can only know what God knows. Here’s a link to a CS church website that has a video of Jon Benson describing how he prayed about an immobility claim. Sometimes things seem to get worse instead of better when we pray and the suggestion of fear comes to us even more aggressively. So I thought this video was instructive to show how Jon countered aggressive claims like that via his strong CS treatment that he could only know what God knows and that led to his healing.

    1. I just watched Jon’s video — thank you for sharing as today we are experiencing what God is knowing, helpful.

  2. Amen !
Thank you Evan and thank you Robert H for the article link.
    My initial thought… Hymn 136
I love Thy way of freedom Lord, to serve Thee is my choice
In Thy clear light of Truth I rise, and listening to Thy voice
I hear Thy promise old and new that bids all fear to cease
My presence still shall go with Thee and I will give thee peace.

Though storm or discord cross my path
Thy power is still my stay

Though human will and woe would check
 my upward soaring way

All unafraid I wait, the while
Thy angels bring release

    For still
    Thy presence is with me
and Thou dost give me peace.

I climb with joy, the heights of Mind
 to soar o’er time and space;

I yet shall know as I am known
and see Thee face to face

Till time and space and fear are naught
 my quest shall never cease

Thy presence ever goes with me
and Thou dost give me peace.
    Love filled day everyone❣️

  3. Thank Evan, and thank you BarbaraUK for the wonderful hymn. Thank you RobertH for the links. I look forward to listening to it on my work commute.

  4. Jon Benson emphasized we cannot know what God doesn’t know, and he had a healing of pain and immobility. I was grateful he shared he could receive calls from others while he was having this trouble, and they would be healed. Nothing can stop the healing practice, because it is a right activity.

    1. I’m often referred to this statement Of Mary Baker Eddy’s in answer to the question
Is it right for me to treat others, when I am not entirely well myself?

The late John B. Gough is said to have suffered from an appetite for alcoholic drink until his death; yet he saved many a drunkard from this fatal appetite. Paul had a thorn in the flesh: one writer thinks that he was troubled with rheumatism, and another that he had sore eyes; but this is certain, that he healed others who were sick. It is unquestionably right to do right; and healing the sick is a very right thing to do.
(Miscellaneous Writings 1883–1896, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 71:1–10)

  5. Thank you, Evan. Thank you Robert H for sending Jon’s healing. Thank you Barbara for the reminder of the beautiful hymn. Am so grateful for SV. Have a beautiful day❣️

  6. What a heavenly breakfast to share with my wonderful SpiritView family. Thank you, Evan for providing this lovely table around which we gather each day. I’m so very grateful for everything that was added to Evan’s opening statement.
It’s amazing that we can “study“ Christian Science daily, and some of us for many years, and yet each idea is fresh and new and inspiring and nourishing. I know that we are exploring and aligning our thought with INFINITE Mind, and therefore there is no end to original thought. It’s just wonderful sharing/exploring this together.❤️
    Love and thanks to all
