  1. Dear Evan and group. The maelstrom of daily life often makes us lose consciousness of reality and as a consequence we forget our true self and thank everything at every step. everything is a blessing and we can not escape from that, so to be grateful. Beautiful article to think Evan, thanks, thanks, thanks and blessings to all.

  2. I’m still giggling! On the serious side gratitude is the most powerful thought ever! Thank you for this dear dear video!

  3. Spiritview is one of life’s blessings and this Thanksgiving week, I am especially grateful for your sharing of your heart’s overflow with all of us, Evan. Blessed Thanksgiving to you and Kathy. Deep gratitude for your generous spirit in sharing your insights.

  4. Haha how cute and apropo! Reminds me of Pee-wee Herman a bit and a very good reminder to all of us we have so much to be grateful for too many blessings to count! Thank you Evan and have a wonderful day!

  5. Fun, Evan!!

Laughter is such “good medicine.” (And the truth behind it even better.)

Mrs. Eddy was so wise in establishing our Wednesday Testimony Meetings,
reminding us of the most-powerful tool: GRATITUDE!

Happy Week of shoppin’, plannin’, Giving Thanks, everyone!

    :<)))))

  6. Great video! They could have wrapped their clothes, the furniture, the house, the yard, the beautiful outdoors and then there are all the things that can’t be wrapped but are daily gifts as well. Great way to start the day – thanks Evan!

  7. : ) Thank you, Evan! for this reminder to be grateful for all that we have. It is truly the simple things that we sometimes take for granted that are the greatest gifts of all ~ the Love of God’s family that we All are a part of, the beauty of nature surrounding us, the technology that keeps us connected on this wonderful blog… So Many things! We are so blessed with this spiritual perspective. Thank you, Evan, and you all, for making this such a loving home to wonderfully share ideas. Merry Thanksgiving, Everyone!

  8. Thank you, Evan. Wow, does that hit the point. What fun it is that we have everything we need every day. Realizing this is big and should be big in our lives.

  9. Maya Angelou told a story of being depressed and a woman told her to make a list of things she was grateful for, starting with the fact she could hold a pen in her hand. When she started, she was instantly lifted out of her depression. Gratitude lists are the best.

  10. THANKS Evan for GIVING us so much via SpiritView! And THANKS to everyone that chooses to be GIVING with your comments! We all have much to be grateful for, eh?

  11. Thank you Evan
For sharing with your SpiritView family
All the ideas of spirit .
Happy thanksgiving to you and your family. .

  12. Gratitude is indeed powerful. I see it in the prison where I conduct Christian Science services. As I walk to the chapel and greet inmates along the way I say, “How are you today?” And the answer so many times is, “I am blessed!” I hear from men who have been incarcerated for 10, 20, 30+ years, “I am grateful to wake up every morning.” “I am grateful for my family who still love me and support me.” “I am grateful for anyone from the ‘free world’ who will take time to come in here to bring us this wonderful message of freedom!'” It is humbling and I am so grateful beyond words. Let us never take our blessings for granted.

    1. Hi Texas girl, I stay in awe before what you are doing in prison, blessing the inmates with a Christian Science service. That is Love expressed. And from the answers you get from them, one sees that your work there is healing – thank you for your so important work that contributes to the salvation of mankind from their seeming bondage – so great!

  13. I love that! It makes me feel so light and lifted. “The calm and exalted thought, or spiritual apprehension, is at peace.” Our cups are truly overflowing ALL the time, we just need to recognize it and live our gratitude for it. Thank you Father-Mother God, thank you Evan, Thank you SV family. We are truly so blessed. I’m so grateful for this blog and all the good comments.

  14. I am extremely grateful for our blessings. This daily blog with the comments seem to maintain our closeness for how much we need to acknowledge daily. Thanks again for formulation of this blog, the contributions and the need to set our day with God at our first acknowledgement.
This is meaningful daily to remind us of what Christen Science supplies with daily.

    Lucky Me!

  15. Thank you, Evan. I’m grateful for you and all the spiritual insights that come through your “SpiritView” sharing.

“The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord”

  17. Oh dear, how grateful I am for your SpiritView of today and everyday, dear Evan!
How lovely and humorous is this Vlog of today, teaching us gratitude for every good we`ve got in life, from God. And to this good from God I also count all qualities we are able to express as God`s reflection to His glory!

I am thankful that MBEddy was enabled by God to give us Christian Science with the divine idea of Church, i.e. sundayschool, all our lovely nurses, so loving and patient practitioners, teachers and lecturers and for Eddy`s greatest and most precious work given from God, the textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
I am grateful that MBEddy organized our Church so wisely, and I am emensely grateful for God`s gifts to us, and He/She gives us all, all and evertime the Good there ever can be! (:>))

Thank you very much all dear SpiritView friends for your so insightful and inspiring comments! 🙂

  19. I love to play the gratitude game. I especially love the little things like the white line down our roadways. Gratitude is riches poverty is complaint!

  20. Such a delight to be seeing and reading all this wonderment and joy in the middle of the night – the quiet time when thoughts of good and God seem so close. Thank you all for sharing, and Evan for sparking our appreciation of Christian Science – the gift of the ages.
