Sometimes inquirers have asked me if Christian Science will work for them.
The answer is, “Absolutely!”
Christian Science works for everyone. It doesn’t matter what country you live in, what church you belong to, how many medicines you’re taking, or how much schooling you’ve had. There are truths taught in Christian Science that will bless you when understood.
Christian Science explains how God governs the universe spiritually, through divine laws. These laws are always in place, active and doing their thing. Just like the laws of addition consistently enable a person to add two numbers together and compute the correct answer, God’s laws are always in operation supporting health, harmony and wellness. Anyone can learn what these laws are and put them into practice, just like any student can learn how to add and solve math problems.
Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, explains these divine laws and how to put them into practice. There is no secret or hidden code one must acquire first before availing themselves of their power and benefit.
It’s up to the student to learn the laws and practice them, but the laws are dependable. I’ve practiced them all my life with grand results. You can too.

I am so glad that you added MEDICINE in your blog. It reminds me of what MBE wrote in S&H Page 444 that God leads one in temporary as well as permanent means of healing. I have always thought that it insinuates that one can still study C/S while taking medicine. But let me point out that one should always have PRAYER before the thought so one doesn’t rely on material medicine as the only healing agent. It’s like using a rubber tube in a swimming pool until one can rely on swimming without it.
