God is helping you

Have you ever felt separated from God? Have you ever wondered if God knows about you, cares about you, or pays any attention to you?
It’s a common mortal mind ego-sensation to believe that existence is lonely, apart from God, isolated and unfriendly. And the effect of believing that one is a mortal leads to feelings of separation from God, even to sensations of hopelessness and depression. But this error can be summarily remedied by remembering who you are.
You are not an isolated mortal left to fend for yourself against the evils of the world. You are a beloved child of God bestowed with all the benefits and joys that come from living in the Kingdom where Good reigns supreme, and evil is not.
But you need to think and act this way to experience the benefit! That’s your job.

The Psalmist wrote, “God is my helper. The Lord keeps me alive!” (NLT, Ps. 54:4).

God is your very life. God is your maker, creator, sustainer, provider, supplier, source of worth, value and purpose. Live to love God and to express divine Love, and joy will be yours.
God is helping you.
God gives direction, guidance, inspiration, courage, confidence, and understanding.
God knows what you need before you think you have a need, and supplies it ahead of time.
God is watching out for you better than you ever can prepare. And God puts in place whatever you need to grow and prosper spiritually. This includes the clothes, food and shelter needed along the way.
Jesus never starved. He always had enough food, clothes and shelter when he needed it, although he spent all his time in spiritual ministry.
God is watching out for you, too. The big question is perhaps, are you acknowledging God’s help? Are you letting it help you? Are you living and thinking in the Kingdom!
God is helping you, today, this moment—this instant.  You have not been forgotten.

  1. This came into my mailbox in the middle of the night. I was awake feeling that temptation of separation. I didn’t open it till now. It is 7 am. That you,Evan were thinking these thoughts was meeting my (man’s)need at the very hour it was felt. Thank you.

  2. You’ve given your best listening for us all again today Evan. Thank you and thanks a million and rest assured I am doing my job too. I felt like it’s a live chat! What a manifestation of divine Love meeting every human need!

  3. Just what I needed for prayers for a family member! PERFECT, I was just thinking I didn’t know how to pray about this, and here you are…you and God answering my call for help! Bless you and your work on behalf of all of us, Evan, so grateful.

  4. Thank you Evan for this wonderful reminder. I woke up today feeling like I was on a life raft in the middle of the ocean all alone. I needed this to hear God’s message of truth and love. Thank you!

  5. The human mortal thought is always and will always be limiting and worrying. It of itself can’t help it. But, it doesn’t have to be like that. All that’s needed of us is knowing that God is always for his creation. Always protecting us, always correcting us and leading us to the right paths to take.

  6. Oh my gosh this is perfect. I wish I’d read this during the night while awake as this would have been what I needed to quiet my thoughts.

  7. The picture with this post reminded me of something I’ve heard parents tell their children:
“Put your hand in God’s and never let go.”
