God’s day and God’s night

God’s universe is spiritual.

Heavenly peace is the night of God’s creating, and spiritual understanding is the day God made.

Enjoy them both.

  1. Hymn. 148
    In heavenly love abiding, ”
no change, my heart shall fear.
    And safe is such confiding.
    For nothing changes here.

Staying in heavenly love. …. nothing
    changes.
There is no fear , there is safety, no lack,
no dismay, bright skies, hope, freedom.

Heavenly peace , as Evan mentioned.

  2. Thanks Evam:
This is the day, the Lord had made, let us stand in His omnipresence and not be fearful.
    relying completely on His goodness.

  3. Thank you for this deep and beautiful Truth. Day and night; we need them both, and both we have thanks to God!

  4. DAY (S&H)-
“The irradiance of Life; Light, the spiritual idea of Truth and Love. ‘And the evening and the morning were the first day’ (Gen 1:5). The objects of time and sense disappear in the illumination of spiritual understanding, and Mind measures time according to the good that is unfolded. This unfolding is God’s day and “there shall be no night (darkness) there.” (p. 584)

  5. So vast and heavenly the universal Spirit that we all inhabit..Eternity’s door to Peace.
Sometimes we get caught up in our own little worlds and limited perspective
of “mortality”, not cognizant of the wonder and beauty of God’s creation, with
all the intricacies that spin our spiritual world … way more expansive and powerful
than man could ever achieve. As Mrs. Eddy had perceived, before her “time”,
“The astronomer will no longer look up to the stars, – he will look out from them
upon the universe; and the florist will find his flower before its seed.” Lovely

  6. I know no life divided oh Lord, apart from thee, in thee is life provided for all mankind and me. I know no tribulation since whatsoever it seems to be , it makes no separation between my God and me.”..

  7. But just as to the sun there is no event called a sunrise or sunset, to Truth, God, there is no story of its beginning, middle, or end, there is only Truth. “To Truth there is no error,—all is Truth” (Science and Health, p. 475). (Susan Booth Mack Snipes)

  8. Today’s delightful message and photo and comments – reminds me of a warm and
endearing Christmas card – to the world. It is the Christ expressing such peace and
harmony in such a lovely way. Of course, Christmas is every day, and in our hearts,
and this timely message is so beautiful to experience and be a part of. Thank you all.

    1. Thank you so much, Kathleen for the link that works, and J, for the original article.
It Is a lovely article and I found it amusing, but not really, that my message posted above
at almost the same time, corresponds with the so-called birth of Jesus (Christmas) and
this article enlightens us on the so-called passing of a mortal body, called death – of Jesus.
I love how it connects, too, (with One Mind in operation) to yesterday’s wonderful lecture
shared by J on the circularity of True Life…how true life does not have a beginning or an
ending, but is forever within the gentle circumference of Love of God’s being, where our
expression of our spiritual qualities outshine the mortal darkness that would try to
      dim our reflection of God.

  9. This spiritual view today is truly heavenly for me! I need this beautiful and peaceful view of God’s day and God’s night! And I find it very comforting that we learn that God’s Universe is spiritual! Thank you very very much, dear Evan! The Foto is gorgeous!

Somtimes when I need such comfort during the night I sing Mrs. Eddy’s hymn # 209 Mother’s Evening Prayer:

“O Gentleman presence, peace and joy and power,
O Life divine, that owns each waiting hour,
Thou Love that guards the nestling’s faltering flight!
Keep thou my child on upward wings tonight.”

In short time here is midnight and I can enjoy God’s peaceful night, and followed by God’s day of spiritual understanding. Utmost wonderful !!!♡♡♡
