We live out our understanding of God, so, if you’d like things to go better, grow in your understanding of God!
The new and expansive views you gain of God will shatter limits you are facing, solve problems and improve your health.
This video was filmed in the Valley of Fire State Park, in Nevada, while hiking there in October of 2020.
Thank you for another beautiful scenic SpiritView full of spiritual inspiration for us to think about.
The analogy of music is a good one for me. We have work to do in understanding the music we are learning to play – learning the notes and the form of the music for instance. We learn how to oversome technical limitations, and get a more expansive understanding of the music. We need to love the music in order to convey the beauty of the music to those who may be listening. When we love the music, its beauty, form and the feelings it is representing, this conveys itself to the listener as we play and feel what we are expressing.
The same is learning about God – about the beauty and goodness of the Lord and the love He is pouring forth to us all. As we learn more about God, and His creation of beauty, goodness and harmony, and realise how loveable He is , we can follow His laws, as we do in learning musical compositions, and when we have grasped them, and we learn to love God with all our hearts, we will naturally be able to feel that love and express it, and everyone around us will feel it also. We will rise above material limitations, and find better health and harmony in our lives.
Love this! Thank you!
I can do this!
Thankyou Evan great ideas to be put into practice.
So simple, beautiful and powerful is today’s message. Seek God (see God) in all things, at all times. “We live out our understanding of God every day.” As you said Evan, God is our life, the very Principle of our life. So we can see that nothing else is going on but God and the “love He is pouring forth to us all,” as Maggie aptly stated above.
Every time I think I have included a God view in all aspects of my life, wouldn’t you know I just keep finding more issues and areas that I seem to have have “kept Him out of,” and it is a Joy to enlarge that view.
Our “spirit view” is expanding and growing every day, which blesses us and everyone around us and every situation.
Picking up on yesterday’s message about the reality of Light and unreality of a sense of darkness or dark clouds, I remembered a part of Hymn 148:
Green pastures are before me,
Which yet I have not seen;
Bright skies will soon be o’er me,
Where darkest clouds have been.
When I looked it up I found this version sung by Lisa Redfern. She talks briefly about what this hymn means to her then sings it as an a capella duet. Very lovely and inspiring. Enjoy! https://www.christianscience.com/youth/music/in-heavenly-love-abiding-lisa-redfern
Thank you for sharing this beautiful duet by Lisa Redfern. It is beautiful and very inspiring!
This is so true Evan..thank you!!!!! It’s WONDERFUL!
Thank you
Thank you for this, Evan. On November 9, 2020 you wrote a wonderful long list of ways to understand God. I have kept it and it is good to refer to.
Wonderful, Evan! Thank you so much!
Thank you Evan for lifting thought to infinite possibilities for expansion and expression. For guiding us to apprehend the magnificent grandeur of God’s goodness. For directing us to glimpse the beautiful kaleidoscope that is the kingdom of heaven on earth, showing us how to “shatter limits”, and to enlarge and refine our daily experience. Your Spirit View is a channel of Blessing to us all.
Dear Evan, even though you filmed this in 2020 on your wonderful trip , I feel like you are talking right now to me. Thank you for all your daily blog topics and your willingness to share things that help us on our progressive journey through the kingdom of God. Love to all
