Someone sent me an email with Susan Boyle’s performance on Britain’s Got Talent, and YOU ARE SO RIGHT, Evan! She reminds me of BGT’s singing sensation of two or three years ago: the homely and humble Paul Potts, who has gone on to record an album that has hit the top of the charts in many countries.
If “beauty is skin deep,” true beauty is beneath the skin! Didn’t you love those kisses of genuine affection she blew to that blown-away audience? She radiates L-O-V-E.
This brought tears to my eyes, truly awesome.

Oh, it did more than bring tears to my eyes — I cried all the way through it both times I watched! Doesn’t it say so much about the gifts each of us have, gifts of God? What a joy to watch. And we can see those gifts in all of God’s ideas.
