Do you know where you’re going?

June 4, 2014 | 6 comments

Here’s a twist on an old adage I hadn’t read before…

“If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there.”

The paths we walk do make a difference on where we end up. Just “any old path,” may get us to somewhere we don’t want to be.

Christ has marked the best path of all to follow, and when you keep your mental feet firmly planted in the divine Way, you’ll always end up in a good place.

So, know where you’re going and why!

  1. It’s so important to keep thought on God’s will for us than our will. god’s will is based on spiritual reality which guarantees success. Human will is based on a material base which could or could not be successful.

  2. “And I took the road less travelled by and that made all the difference.” Robert Frost. I’ve always loved that poem. Knowing that God is with us not just part of the way, but all of the way. “He leadth me beside the still waters” These are all wonderful thoughts to hold on to.

  3. Thanks again Evan and friends for your sharing. We are the disciples of today and the Christ is always here. Jesus said, “heaven is within you” or Christ is within you, ” cast your nets on the right side.”

  4. I try to tell my kids you do not need to strain and struggle- that is not of God but stay alert. Anything I tell them I also tell myself !
