God arms me with strength, and he makes my way perfect.
When God leads the way, the results are good.
To let God lead the way, though, we need to put human will aside, silence selfish wants, cease outlining what needs to happen, and trust the wisdom of divine Mind to show us the best course of action.
God gives us the insight we need to make good decisions. God gives us the strength we need to stand firm with what is right. God makes our way perfect.
Let God lead the way for the best outcomes.
Thank you Evan. Exactly what my prayers have been focused on recently. So important to yield and trust in Him/Her, knowing we are being guided.
Recently, I sat quietly and just listened for what God had to say to me. I heard “Love more”. Just be Love, Love others more, Love me more. If a Not Good thought tries to enter, replace it immediately. So God is making my way perfect.,….
This hymn is a bit like the 23rd Psalm and fits in with this
topic perfectly. “He leadeth me beside the still waters”.
He leadeth me, O blessed thought, / O words with heavenly comfort fraught. / Whate’er I do, where’er I be, / Still ’tis God’s hand that leadeth me.
REFRAIN / He leadeth me, He leadeth me, / By His own hand He leadeth me. / His faithful follower I would be, / For by His hand He leadeth me.
Sometimes mid scenes of deepest gloom, / Sometimes where Eden’s bowers bloom, / By waters calm, o’er troubled sea, / Still ’tis His hand that leadeth me. / / REFRAIN (Christian Science Hymnal, No. 95:1–3)
Maggie, I love what you’ve contributed, letting GOD /Our FATHER MOTHER lead the way so enlightens the way forward. Especially when human sight seems dim and limited; testing out the WAY HE LEADETH ME makes sense, when looking for the way to go. Excellent thought to be led by HIM !!!!! Finding the good can answer any conundrum, as the day/thought/challenge unfolds. AND BOY IS THERE CHALLENGES HERE!
Thank you Evan. We can tend to go the way of uur thinking and even think it is what God wants. The 23rd Psalm, He leadeth me down the paths of righeousness for his name’s sake, He is upholding his name that is Love. We abide there and are the image of this love because of God. I am so grateful.
“Let God’s will be done” By Nathan Talbot. There is no loss in the relinquishment of human will; only boundless good can result. From the April 14, 2025 issue of The Christian Science Sentinel:

I so appreciate you pointing the way toward the article “Let God’s will be done” as I search for answers about a son’s acting out stubborn will. Enough is enough NOW! chilesands
Thank you all.
I recall hearing a fellow on a show with David Brown about 2 or so years ago.
And was thrilled to hear his insightful adjustment of the verb, “are” to, “is” in the John 10:30 line by Jesus. Which I utter as
My Father and I is one.
Reason being, “are” be plural, indicating MORE than one. Is that truly possible??
Oddly, or not, both is and are, are conjugations of the verb, To Be. And ain’t that what this ALL about ? Being
