No one can stop you from expressing Love

One of the greatest joys in life is to express love freely and abundantly.

Love gives one a light thought, a buoyant attitude, a clear perspective, a joyful disposition. Love generates a positive outlook, keeps one feeling close to God, makes one friendly with neighbors, and fun to be around. Love heals! “Love inspires, illumines, designates, and leads the way” (Science and Health, p. 454), Mary Baker Eddy wrote. When guided by Love, life goes so much better.

It is always to our benefit to love without limit.

For those times when tempted to think we can’t love, it’s time to remember that love is not generated from within, from the human mind. Love is God. We love because that’s the way God made us.

The sun doesn’t have the choice whether to shine or not. It’s designed to radiate light, and that’s what it does no matter what is happening around it.

As a child of God, you are designed to express divine Love. That’s the way God made you. And there isn’t anything anyone else can ever say or do that can prevent you from expressing God’s presence. Your ability to love without limit is independent of other people’s actions or disposition.

If a co-worker is grumpy, that doesn’t mean you’re going to be grumpy. If a spouse is unthoughtful, that doesn’t mean you’re going to be unthoughtful. If a friend forgets to be kind, that doesn’t mean you’re going to abstain from being kind.

You are what you are because God made you that way, and God made you to love, love, love.

As a child of God, you are free to love without reference to other people’s actions or inactions. They are not god unto you. Divine Love is your God! And divine Love is ever-active giving you the grace, poise, tenderness, forgiveness, thoughtfulness and care you need to be expressing Love in everything you do independent of what others may or may not be doing around you. No one can stop you from loving without limit.

  1. This is exactly what I needed to know this morning. I am grateful and am
looking forward to going about this day with Love! Thank you so much for listening and
sharing these ideas here for all to benefit. A loved day to you, to everyone reading this post and beyond.<3

  2. Thank you, Evan. This “blog” is a beautiful expression of each dawn’s early light. How beautiful it is to awake to the dawn! That has been my specific prayer this morning.

  3. Love also means instant forgiveness of others. They don’t have to have asked for it or have appologized or have “learned their lesson.” They are forgiven because the offense never happened in Love. Thanks to Evan and to all who post here. Love to All!

  4. All the Love
    that I Am,
    All the Love
    My Father
    and Mother
    are, this
    Love they made
    me with.
    Pure, conscious,
    living Love.
    This Love is
    all I can be,
    all I can know,
    all that I Am…..!

    1. please allow Maximo to ad a finishing part:

      ..this all encompassing Love
      is my sole creator
      who created everybody
      and me.

Thank you deeply Evan, for your simple, yet healing lesson on Love – yes, love, love, love, as Love is the great Comforter and Healer. A few words of a song in our hymnal says “Love alone is Life”.
Thank you God, that you are Love!

Thank you all for your comments.

  5. Thanks, Bud, for including in your comment. “They are forgiven because the offense never happened in Love.” This is most helpful to me.

  6. Thank you so much for this powerful message today! I was praying about how to deal with people that are unkind, and then I saw this. It solved it in my head and brought back the feeling of love, lightness, and joy.
