  1. Oh yes, this Bible verse from Proverbs is so so correct! Think everybody is longing for it and needing it. Sometimes we have to say ,,Peace be still” and pray more deeply for it. Thank you dear Evan that you supply us abundantly with needed inspiration, and thank you dear God for CS which offers us the wonderful tools for healing!

  2. I am meditating on that while looking after friends’ dog. A public holiday today in UK provides space
    for reflection. Thank you Evan.

  3. Thanks for this truth shared. It reminds me of the Amplified Bible translation of the Paul’s profound description of what being loving means. Paul knew that God is Love, therefore Love is the only reality permeating all time, space and consciousness. This passage describes the result of a commitment to understanding this — describes a loving heart, and for sure a forever peaceful one! Here it is:
    1 Cor. 13: 4-8 (Amplified Bible)
    “Love endures with patience and serenity,
    love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious;
    love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant.
    It is not rude;
    it is not self-seeking,
    it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered];
    it does not take into account a wrong endured.
    It does not rejoice at injustice,
    but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail].
    Love bears all things [regardless of what comes],
    believes all things [looking for the best in each one],
    hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times],
    endures all things [without weakening].
    Love never fails [it never fades nor ends].”
