Is your thought in a good place? Would you like it to be in a better place?
I share how to keep your thinking in a healthy place in this vlog that was filmed on the Kootenay River in Montana, when Kathy and I drove through the area in August 2025.

Thank you Evan, such a helpful illustration and in beautiful surroundings!
Thank you, Evan, for this reminder! What is the best thing we can do every day? Stay in tune with the holy Mind! Joyful and full of gratitude! Expecting only the good!
Love this idea Thank you Sometimes it is difficult to stay on the path but when we do, good comes our direction and difficulties diminish!
This is such a heavenly setting for this most wonderful message, Evan.
Thank you! It expresses perfectly about keeping our mind in the right place.
Many thanks for sharing this Beautiful scenery and vlog with us, as well as
all that you so lovingly share.
I never thought of “God is my mind” before hearing this Evan. I’ve thought of how as a child of, creation of, reflection of, likeness of, and emanation of God I always have access to this ever present Mind. That it guides, guards, and governs me, often with a sweet sense of humor . But, not that God IS my mind. But, God is all there is, and there is only this one divine Consciousness; This Mind created me and everything else, spiritual and perfect, the likeness of Itself, it makes sense that we would also have the same Mind. There isn’t room in infinity for more than one Mind.
This broadening of thought makes it so much easier to see that a down, crabby, thankless, fearful, sad, angry, overwhelmed, self centered, and basically unhappy state of mind is easy to overcome. Simply moving up to our true state of mind, or “flipping the switch” as a friend once told me.
Beautiful P. Thank you. ❣️
Thank you Evan for reminding us of the need to keep in mind the glory of God! His beauty, Holiness, and Love surround us (just as much as the beauty that was surrounding you when making this vlog) and it keeps us grounded, complete and wholesome! When thoughts come that suggest something other than good ican surround me, I love to think that I am in the “presence of Mind” where the solution to any difficulty is always there!
Super Duper! Thank you very much.
Evan’s vlogs are always a treat! Beautiful scenery and message – thank you!

Thank you!
I was feeling more Mr. Grumpy this morning. Thank you for reminding me of
focusing on the blessings like Ms. Joy.
Just wonderful and uplifting today! Thank you Evan and all. ❣️
Thanks Evan – such a big help in difficult times
Thank you Evan, …Such a heavenly assurance, that we are indeed dwellers in Truth and Love…, Mary Baker Eddy
A mere short walk yesterday changed my altitude of thought. Not in the past present or future, but out of time.
…Encompassed by His Grace, enfolded in His Love..
This makes me imagine myself sitting between the two and how I’d be thinking of them. I’d observe how I’m being, too. Seeing them merely as examples of how to be and how not to be in the world I might want to turn from the one and leave him alone in his grumpiness. But I would hope to let that Mind be in me that was also in Christ Jesus. To lift up my thought about him and to see even the un-joyful one as spiritual, holy, blessed I might observe more of the love in him. Good reminder for me in that way. Thank you Evan.
I sure needed this this morning. Everything in my life seems to be in turmoil. I’m often tempted to believe that that’s just the way it is and become like the man in the story but while appearing as the woman in the story. A friend sent me a photo of Rudolph the red nosed reindeer with a caption that reads “He always knew he was a little different, but he let his light shine regardless of what others said”. Be more like Rudolph. So, today I will take the arm of this Bible verse and fearlessly go where it leads me.Shiny nose and all!!
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:12.
Thank you Evan and Kathy for sharing such a beautiful view with us including such a beautiful inspiring message.
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8
The Mind of God is really all we truly have…❣️
Thanks Evan. It’s interesting how you pointed out that the persons on either side of you were in the same room, having the same present experience but yet feeling very differently. Instead of enjoying being in the moment with God, the grumpy person was listening to his head telling him everything that was wrong— and believing it. I’ve heard that called “living in interpretation.” We listen to what our head (error, mortal mind, evil) is saying/narrating and so react and experience life as if it were true, as if it were our actual thoughts, and it blinds us to the moment. It usually doesn’t have anything good to say. So we are not actually living or experiencing reality. It is a type of hypnosis, but we are actually awake. God’s moment (free of analyses or interpretations) is always availability, right now.
BOY!! I listen to this this morning and it was fine. I enjoyed it.
Now, this afternoon I really need it!!!
As I’m dealing with some unhappy thoughts, it came
to me “ Gratitude and Love should abide in every heart each day of all the years!

Thank you Evan for this very helpful Spirit View and my gratitude to all the others who have commented. What a wonderful gift that we have the clear instruction to “let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.” That expectation of how we are able to think shows how much God loves us. As a child I always responded better to high expectations from family, teachers and my own expectations. “You can do this!” always spurred me on. Now I appreciate more the word LET in the quotation above. The mind of Christ is already ours…not our achievement but a Divine gift we are to accept, allow. Thank you again for Spirit View
Thankyou Evan, and Kathy, This is a very Beautiful inspiring message for me , just what I needed today, also the view is gorgeous. Love it , Thankyou
