Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.

~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

When you step in a spiritual direction, you’ll arrive at a good place.

  1. Faith, a wonderful thing to possess! Faith is driving at speed over a steep hill assured the roadway continues, even if you can’t see it.

  2. (2 Corinthians 5:7)
    For we live by faith, not by sight.
    (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
    A joy to know…thank you Evan…❣️

  3. Thank you Evan. Thank you Barbara for the bible quotations. Faith is greatly needed for man’s progress.

  4. That lovely picture of a little child taking baby steps, and discovering all that is new to
    him, shows him to be confident and that he has a natural faith that he is safe and can keep enjoying and delighting in all that he is discovering.

    As we become like this little child, having our understanding of God’s wonderful creation unfolding
    before us, we can also take our spiritual steps with complete faith in God to keep us perpetually safe in his ever-present care, so that we can delight in all His wonderful works, and keep discovering new
    views in the spiritual realm of the real forever.

  5. F= firmly, fondly
    A= assured and accepting
    I= inspired integrity in-action
    T= truly tested triumph treasuring Truth
    H= heeding Heaven’s handiwork

    What is an English word starting with the letter H and the sound for H that means one is demonstrating, proving, illustrating, choosing to do and be, honoring…?

  6. What a simple but yet profound statement of Truth. It is like looking out at a
    snow-covered garden and knowing in the spring, plants will start poking
    their noses through the soil and delight with the beauty that the warm
    weather brings. Several years ago I had planted a peach tree, having faith
    that one day it would produce fruit and it now does. It is “the substance of
    things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. (Heb. 11:1). Truth is not
    always easy to understand and it may Seem we have challenges that might
    slow us down, but Spiritually, Perfection is always there.

  7. Such a good reminder to trust God, especially when we have no idea how to resolve something. We don’t need to know the outcome. We simply need to that God’s plan is a good one and we are always protected within that plan. Thank you for this.
