What matters most

What matters most today?

If you’re looking for a day of healing, it’s not the material things you get done that matter most. It’s the peace of God you feel along the way!

This vlog was filmed in the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado, when my wife and I visited the area in September 2022.

  1. This is such a beautiful reminder of a beautiful spiritual fact that I’ll keep close in my thoughts today. Thank you.

  2. Thank you and that was an important, uplifting thought It is very fun seeing you were at the Sand Dunes which is close to where I grew up!

  3. Don’t we all just love this verse from our Leader’s poem titled SATISFIED:
“It mattters not what be they lot,
    So Love doth guide;”

Satisfied in Divine Love we have all our needs met..
Life becomes less complicated, friendships are long lasting, and our lives are blessed with His goodness.

  4. How do I know that God is guiding the way? For me it is when all those things which need to be done get done in a way that I personally could not have accomplished on my own. This often happens when those elements come together that no one individual plan, or accomplish without that divine intervention. When that happens, you know that it is the work of God and I a servant of God am in my rightful place following that principle of Love in Truth.

    1. Josef, I couldn’t agree more with that comment. I find that when the balance between work, family and my personal projects seems to be out of balance, stepping back and turning to God, Divine Principle is the only solution. thank you,

  5. Evan, dear inspirer! Thank you for your clear love and tireless dedication to the truth of being. Of course, it is all you can do! All any of us can really do, (no matter what illusion’s false belief may try to argue!). The word “humanhood” popped into my thought just now, so I looked it up on the wonderful Christian Science computer program, CONCORD: “The more I understand true humanhood, the more I see it to be sinless,–as ignorant of sin as is the perfect Maker. To me the reality and substance of being are good, and nothing else.” Mary Baker Eddy, in her book, Unity of Good: Pg. 49

It seems so very important to me that I understand true humanhood, so that I don’t…”toss out the baby with the bathwater!” (An olde saying…) We must cherish all that is beautiful and good in true humanhood, taking sweet care of it…taking it to the mountains for refreshment, when possible, if not physically then mentally! You are such a shining example of this principle, Evan. I thank Life, Truth, Love for you!

  6. Sue, your insightful comment is excellent and well worth repeating, so I echo your inspired words,- ” We must cherish all that is beautiful and good in true humanhood, taking sweet care of it.. taking it to the mountains for refreshment, when possible, if not physically then mentally! You are such a shining example of this principle, Evan. I thank Life, Truth, Love for you!”

In those moments of prayer when the veil of mortal mind is lifted, we are able to see that “the reality and substance of being are good, and nothing else”,(MBE), and can declare for ourselves and others, “This is my beloved Son!”

  7. Thank you. Such a lovely message to carry us on always. It will be my New Year’s resolution to make this seeking a habit.

  8. Thank you Evan for your heavenly and healing inspirations you are giving us all so dearly in your Blog and lively Vlogs.
It is very needed in today’s times!
Thank you for bringing us our loving Father-Mother God and His Christ very close. Indeed CS teaches us our oneness with God. And we can accomplish all things through Christ, who strengthenes us!
I am grateful for this inspirational SpiritView communion!

  9. ONENESS

“The sinless joy, the perfect harmony and immortality of Life, possessing unlimited divine beauty and goodness, without a single bodily pleasure or pain, constitutes the only veritable indestructible man whose being is spiritual.” (MBE)

“Your divinity will always embrace your humanity.”
    (J.Hargreaves)

  10. Thank you Evan. Peace is a great need in our daily activities. I felt peaceful when I attended Wednesday testimony through WhatsApp. I became anxious when our first reader could not be present for the meeting because of circumstances beyond his control.

  11. Everyone,

Much gratitude for Evan’s wonderful Vlog, and all the inspiring comments! Yes, I’m feeling peace and joy today and knowing Divine Love is governing all my activities–and those of everyone!

    With love,
    Karen
