A wise woman wishes to be no one’s enemy;

a wise woman refuses to be anyone’s victim.

  1. The one thing that humans have is a mouth which produces sounds. Depending how you use this mouth could be adventatious or dangerous, wise or stupid, healing or murderous, constructive or destructive.

  2. Yes, Tobias, but as we read in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,
    by Mary Baker Eddy about utterances,

    “The error which says that Soul is in body, Mind is in matter, and good is in evil, must unsay it and cease from such utterances; else God will continue to be hidden from humanity, and mortals will sin without knowing that they are sinning, will lean on matter instead of Spirit, stumble with lameness, drop with drunkenness, consume with disease, — all because of their blindness, their false sense concerning God and man.” (Pg. 204)

    Today I will endeavor to not be a victim of mortal belief which has many things it
    tries to say about God’s man that are utterly, entirely, and completely UNTRUE!

    :<))

  3. Evan’s reply to Tobias is a quote from Mrs. Eddy we seldom use or even hear about. It is an excellent one. Thanks.
