It’s Christmas day where I live, a special day to celebrate the coming of Jesus Christ and the spiritual truth he taught about life in Spirit with God.
Mary Baker Eddy writes, “The advent of Jesus of Nazareth marked the first century of the Christian era, but the Christ is without beginning of years or end of days” (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, 333). Jesus, as a physical presence, is no longer with us, but the Christ he lived is.
Christ is the love of God at work in our life giving us everything we need to be healthy and happy.
May Christ richly bless you today, keeping your thought in a holy place that generates health and happiness, and enables you to feel the peace of God that makes life a joy to live.

Yesterday Maggie kindly shared this verse from Hymn 139 (thank you Maggie).
“Come, walk with Love along the way, / Let childlike trust be yours today; / Uplift your thought, with courage go, / Give of your heart’s rich overflow, / And peace shall crown your joy-filled day. / Come, walk with Love along the way.”
It made me think of a verse from Hymn 600 that also mentions going forward with courage and a giving spirit.
“Christ is the Light with which we shine,
Lit from within by this Love divine.
Step out with courage, Dare to go,
Give from the heart, the Love you know.”
I once had a healing of fear of a seemingly uncertain/unsafe situation by hearing this Hymn sung in an online Wed testimony meeting.
Happy holidays and gratitude to all SV brothers and sisters, let’s go forward together into the new year with these thoughts and divine Love in our hearts.
