When one understands that their #1 job in life is to express the intelligence, wisdom, love and truth of God, one begins to see that there is no limit to success.
Why?
Because no person, or situation, can keep you from expressing the intelligence, wisdom, love and truth of God.
A boss may nix a project you’d like to advance, but they can’t stop you from coming up with more intelligent ideas that bring profitable results.
An angry family member may bring tension into your home, but they cannot stop you from bringing healing love into that home to dissolve the tension.
You may run out of money to pay bills, but you’ll never run out of wisdom coming from God that enables you to master your finances and turn loss into gain.
Real success is spiritual. It’s about being everything God created us to be—which includes living a Life of unlimited intelligence, wisdom, love and truth.
You can express divine love and intelligence without limit.
Go for it!!
This is so, so helpful to me this morning, thank you so much Evan.
I am reading this having just completed studying the Lesson Sermon,
and this message is very helpful in keeping my thought in the right place.
The picture above indicates to me that we are plugged into the divine and
only power of the universe, which is God, and that the Christ is the switch
supplied to us that turns on that light from within us, and unites us with
his Spirit and enables to do our true job of expressing the intelligence,
wisdom, love and truth of God. We only have to switch it on, and leave
it switched on to see our way forward, and to be in accord with God’s loving will.
Thanks for your comments Maggie. What you said about the switch that turns on the Light within us made me think of the beautiful hymn 600 which has a line that reads.
“Christ is the light with which we shine, Lit from within by this Love divine, Step out with courage, dare to go….”

Thank you Evan for this timely message. I’m in the job finding process & I now realize that my only & main job is to express the intelligence, wisdom, love & truth of God! I’m sure the mortal picture of lack & impossibilities will appear as abundant possibilities! God is the source of all good! I need to get my thought in the right place!
The nice thing is that our thought is always in the right place, reflecting and expressing Mind, of which we are a pure and inseparable idea, manifesting divine intelligence and wisdom. Never separate from the God source, we are always living evidence of our oneness, not deprived or forced to struggle. Leaning on the infinite Father-Mother, of which we are an integral part, we are right now complete. I had a nice healing of a physical problem last week when I declared with assurance that nothing could touch my spiritual being, safe and forever distinct from the big lie. God’s presence is within our conscious, constant capacity; we are safe.

This is so true. I’ve witness this over and over again in my career as an engineer. My first job in this field, I wanted to stay for the entire career, but that didn’t last. It was just the first step in well traveled experience over many different projects. Now that I am in retirement from this work. I look back back and see the path more clearly and know that I could have never chosen that path myself only God could have worked it out as it manifested. That is the undeniable awesomeness of His guidance.

This is a great “enlightened” topic and the light bulb lit with God’s power
is perfect in helping us see our True individuality in Being. The confused
wires on the left may seem to have been our journey in “getting there”, but
in reality we have always been and are connected with the One Power that is
Love and our Life. I am reminded of Hymn #269..
“Our God is Love, unchanging Love, And can we ask for more?
Our prayer for Love’s increase is vain; ‘Twas infinite before…
Our God is Mind, the perfect Mind, Intelligence divine; Shall mortal man ask
Him to change His infinite design?

I recently read an extraordinary article – “the children of light” by Mark Sappenfield, 2013 February Christian Science Journal. (Hoping one of the tech savvy SV viewers will provide the link.)
Within the article the author cites a thought that came to him in response to prayer – “You are the star with the key, you are the leaves of the tree for the healing of the nations, you are the river that flows from the throne, clear as crystal.” Man as God’s active, harmonious, perpetual expression. So awesome!

This morning’s CS Daily Thought was so relevant to looking out the window today. It says,
“The land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinketh water of
the rain of heaven; a land which the Lord thy God careth for: the eyes of the Lord thy God
are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.”
– Deuteronomy 11:11, 12
It is so foggy here this morning. It is like being in a different place and not being able to
see – a lot like mortal mind’s limitations – not being able to see the hills, or even close
yard. Everything is white, like a blizzard white-out and was dangerous out by the road
with two cars coming towards each other, with very limited vision.
Fog and mortal mind’s deceptions are both the same … so limiting and until the light of
Truth can be shone upon them, like the sun coming out, little by little, dispersing the fog,
we must be content to just visualize the hills, etc. as they Really are, even though we
cannot see them, but Know that they are there. The True picture can not be seen
with the fog of mortal mind, seemingly “little minds”, but only through the One Mind/God.
Thank you Carol: the” True picture” , no matter what many obstructions we meet each day, the good Spirit brings us
Back home safe.

Evan, these last 2 days I read and pondered the spiritual views you gave us for this weekend more deeply.
Decades ago I didn’t have a good relationship with my sister because of a mutual inheritance. But shortly I could forgive her and myself. And this week she sent me an Advents wreath with 4 candles, which is a custom here in Germany. Am very grateful for this!
And I am very very glad and grateful for the last two passages of the above very helpful topic. It contains such a wonderfully comforting and healing divine Truth.
“Real success is spiritual” – therefore it has nothing to do with matter or human thinking.
“It is about being everthing God created us to be – which includes living a life of unlimited Intelligence, wisdom, Love and Truth.” Such a glorious divine outlook for us all! Thank you very much, dear Evan, for the loving assurance, that we can express divine Love and Intelligence without limit!

Oh, Uta, I am so happy for you with your sister and your mending of your bond after
all of those years! That is wonderful! Forgiveness is a great healer. I had a very nice
Thanksgiving card from a rather estranged inlaw this year that was also a dear blessing,
despite the fact I’ve been trying, although not insisting to try to be more loving and
welcoming to them, so I do know the joy with a healing such as that card and greeting
she had sent, and the warm feeling it can bring. I could never quite understand how
things such as you mentioned can seem to divide in such a way, especially when one
passes and those left quibble over materialism.
But I guess it is all just part of evil that likes to portray itself as real and can sometimes seem
to be very stubborn and unrelenting. Materialism and the whole me/me way of thinking
often presents itself with such seeming power, obstructing the joy and harmony that is
really everyone’s to experience. Things sometimes seem very unfair, but in God/Love’s
eyes, we are all equal and children of God’s Goodness.

as you wrote sometimes s e e m unfair to us, but to GOD – everything is divine and
there is no discord or unfairness.
God glorifies the days with the sun of light
Paints the clouds for comforting shade
Tiptoes through the night with a sprinkling of stars
And creates everything Good that is ever made. (Just came up with that) : )
Can we follow in these God-given treasures and send our expression within our gifts
of Love, like the three wise men and most of the multitudes gifted sweet Jesus
with reflections of Peace. Are we able to share just a little of God’s spiritual joy?
