Always a path to take

If you ever feel lost or unsure about where to go next, take heart. There’s always a path to take, and you have keen spiritual sense to see it!

This is a vlog I created while hiking the Hyalite Canyon in Montana last month. A beautiful valley!

    1. Thank you Angie for another great article. After watching the debate last night I turned to Science and Health. by Mary Baker Eddy and I opened it to page 225: 8-22. This went along with the message today to let God guide our path through indecision, It ended with “…oppression neither went down in blood, nor did the breath of freedom come from the cannon’s mouth. Love is the liberator.”

  1. Thank you so much I have found that also each time we do this and see the good results it helps build our confidence in being able to get our help from God. We are practi ing using and developing our spiritual sense as you would practicing math or music or anything else to get better at it and confident with it.

  2. ‘ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble’ Psalm 46
Makes me think also about the article I mentioned yesterday…we must let God lead.
Lovely to see the countryside you visited Evan. Thanks for sharing your day out and the way you are able to bring everything you see into its spiritual perspective. I love to do this too now. So grateful❣️

    1. This is so true. Barbara …Thanks. Evan, where I live in the northern California mountains there are many peaceful trails out behind my house and around our little Ville. The trail you shared is a wonderful reminder of the long walks I used to take and the opportunity for quiet communion surrounded by nature,

  3. Culture tries to impose one path through life. Grow up get a job, find a spouse, raise some children, and have some fun.
Both Mrs. Eddy and Christ Jesus chose another path..they learned and taught us to make life a spiritual journey and worked out our salvation ( discover our true spiritual self) and make a path for God to guide us.
I love how the author of Luke describes the path of Isaiah:
“Prepare the way of the Lord,
    Make His path straight.
Every valley shall be filled and every mountain and hill brought low; and the crooked places shall be made straight and the rough ways made smooth; and all flesh shall see the salvation of God” Luke 3:4

  4. Beautiful blessings, Evan, through all your sharing on SpiritView, the CS periodicals, talks, and more. They truly shine needed healing light on all. Abiding gratitude!

  5. Evan, yes, thank you for sharing the beautiful scenes of God’s creation. The CS hymnals are so rich with hymns/prayers which speak of the pathway to God: the beloved “I walk w Love along the way…” and “I climb w joy the heights of Mind…” After watching the debate last night, I lit a candle, turned off the lights and prayed for 15 minutes. I know our country can choose a beautiful path of unity and good will for all.

  6. Thank you Evan, I love that you mentioned the natural receptivity that we all have when we are listening for the right ideas that God gives us. All too often when I pause throughout my day to listen for a direction to take, the human mind seems to “disguise” itself as Divine Mind. So in my prayers, I make a point to acknowledge my receptivity to the infinite possibilities and ideas from God. As I do this, I begin to see how God is active throughout my day.

  7. Another wonderful Vlog – inspiring and encouraging, expertly produced within beautiful surroundings; a joy to watch. Thanks again Kathy and Evan.

  8. Thanks for this lovely Video Evan and especially loved all the waterfall you shared. Beautiful country, for sure! I was SO encouraged with your title of today’s SpiritView and loved the quote from Psalms at the end of the video. Loved the thoughts you shared. Thanks for everyone’s thoughts shared today, too.

  9. Thank you, Evan. Wonderful Vlog. We are all on the path God has set before us. Our freedom is to accept willingly the guidance given by divine love.

  10. Thank you for sharing your walk and inspiration with us. There is beauty
InI every country and on every path. …a good peaceful expression of
    The good God provides.

  11. Evan & all comments are so appreciated.
Thank you for your devotion; you make each day special.
    Much gratitude …

  12. thank you for this great video…I’m so grateful for this past two week’s bible lessons with simple promises from God that remind me that my treasure is with Him…the lesson, and talking with you recently, has helped me to be able to get this place of spiritual mindedness…thank you Evan!
