Are you ready to move to a new place?

October 30, 2019 | 21 comments

Are you making any plans for a new move to better your experience? Perhaps you’re thinking about moving to another job, career, school, relationship, team, point of view, or location? If so, start your move metaphysically, rather than physically, for when your thought is in a good place your experience will follow into that same good place—just as a tail follows a dog.

For instance, if you are angry with your present position, and believe a change is necessary, it’s important that the anger be dissolved before making a change so that the anger doesn’t follow you to your next position. For the best results, move your thought into the Mind of Love that is filled with forgiveness, gratitude, and an inspired view of God’s good all around. This Love-inspired view will illuminate progressive possibilities before you and pull you into them.

Or, if you are thinking about making a move because you feel limited and constrained in your present situation, then move your thought first into infinite Mind where there are no limits. Break out of any confined type of thinking that believes physical circumstance, time, space or other people are holding you back, and know that there are no limits on your being in Mind. Shake your thinking free of any sense of limitation, and your experience will follow.

We are not products of material environments. We are children of God created with boundless being filled with harmony, peace, love, positive results and progressive experiences. Know who you are from a spiritual point of view, and what you see is what you’ll demonstrate. There are no limits to how far and high your thought can move for a better experience!

The best move you could ever make will always start with your thought moving to a better place first, to feeling closer to God. Have no fear, the rest will follow.

As the apostle Paul wrote, “In him we live, and move, and have our being” (Acts 17:28).

Enjoy your new move with God!

  1. Ps 61:2 – “From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.”

  2. Lovely!
A good word for mentally moving to a new place is “repent”, And as Jesus says “for the kingdom of heaven / God is at hand”, – the mental move can be immediate, all else follows..
Just love the translation from the CEV of Acts 17:28 “and he gives us the power to live, to move, and to be who we are.”
    Thank you Evan, so helpful.

  3. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Evan, for this TREATMENT! The timing
is perfect too! Another proof of only One Mind!
This is EXACTLY what I needed to move onward and upward to handle many
current challenges. It addresses every single obstacle that I seem to be facing
and gives me courage and insight to take the next steps. How can I thank you enough
for listening for the Angel messages and sharing them with us all!
With much love and gratitude, Sarah

  4. This is PERFECT, Evan ! I so needed this. And Ken, thanks so much for the CEV of Acts 17:28 “and he gives us the power to live, to move, and to be who we are.” These are going on my refrigerator and in my pocket. Mega gratitude.

  5. A couple of weeks ago, I wouldn’t have thought of this as an imminent need, but last week we happenstance upon a new home possibility and things look much different now as we prepare to purchase a new home. Your post today, of course, goes well beyond the physical move to a new home location, but is greatly appreciated as we in our home prepare for this change. I believe this applies to each moment of time as we move through our life experience. As issues arise in my day, I know that the constancy of divine good, spiritual space, is always available to support this change in physical space. Thank you Evan for this enlightened thought.

  6. When I sit in quiet,
    In stillness–
    My heart opens,
    Becomes filled
    To overflowing.

    How can this heart
    Hold so much love?
    It’s not possible!

    Then a quiet, wise
    Thought appears,
    Gives Love
    A voice:

    You have another
    Heart…
    Undiscovered
    Until now.
    This one tunes to
    Universal,
    Unconditional Love.

    It has always been
    With you.
    It has always
    Been you.

    Now I also see
    It is Everyone.

    1. Thank you Evan, always for your giving us the spiritual ideas of the various topics.
It is such a wonderful spiritual idea, that our real home is in spiritual consciousness, in our Father-Mother God in whom we live and move and have our being, where it is abundance. safty, love and warmth. What a wonderful outlook, so desirable!
Today I found an article on facebook from the Sentinel from 8th November 1958 by Dorothy A. Ereaut with the title “Where dwellest though?”.
This article conforms with Evan`s today`s topic, and it is a very inspiring article.
Thanks all for your lovely comments!

    2. … and this new heart filled with much Love
which belongs to Everyone – is Father-Mother,
      is G O D.

Hi Maximo, I again dare to ad some suitable words to your very lovely and inspiring poem, thank you!

  7. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is what I’m going through right now and have been reaching out in prayer for direction. I think I can apply this to supply as well. Thank you Evan. ♡♡♡♡♡

  8. Thank you, Evan. I’ve been enjoying this verse from Ezekiel 37: 26, “I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them . . .”
God bless you and all. Barb

  9. Thank you Evan! Each day I try to focus on those simple, boundless ideas in helping me understand what my true purpose is for the day. Sometimes the minor details of our day would tell us differently, but starting our day identifying our spiritual identity bring abundance in our lives.

  10. Thank you Evan, so very helpful as my daughter and I have been looking for the right home/place for both of us.

  11. Thanks, Evan, for a very timely message as I just completed a move involving a drastic downsizing. Much prayer preceeded this decision as I was very happy in my home. At her request, I am now living with my daughter. I have the master bedroom and bath as my private quarters and share the other common areas. I was able to keep the things I treasured most and as I look around I really feel at home. I’m also only about one mile from my branch Christian Science Church! How grateful I am for divine Mind’s guidance and my willingness to follow. God’s will is ALWAYS the best to follow!

  12. Mentally I want to move to a new space, mentally, and Evan’s message tells us how. Maximao, I have missed your lovely thoughts put into poems. Much appreciation for both you & Evan & all.
