Are your assumptions correct?

Your assumptions are your
windows on the world.
Scrub them off once in a while,
or the light won’t come in.

  1. Mary Baker Eddy would like Mr. Alda’s statement.
She wrote a scientific book…full of Science, or Knowledge of the Truth, thus thetitle, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
On pages 128-129 she has very specific things to say on this subject, how Christian Science rests on fixed Principle, and, “…its logic is as harmonious as the reasoning of an accurately stated syllogism or of a properly computed sum in arithmetic. Truth is ever truthful, and can tolerate no error in premise or conclusion.”

Nothing aerie-faery about this religion! It presents
the absolute truths that can (will) remove all the delusions of the five senses, which are, as we know, quite unreliable!
