    1. Marion English puts such purity into her article lovingly shared with us this morning.
The mustard seed of understanding gives promise that the smallest particle of understand can move mountains. Thank you for sharing this morning.

  1. Thank you Evan and thank you Martine for the article. I love the emphasis that we ‘work ‘ for material things which hold no permanence, but when we ‘work ‘ for spiritual progress it gives us ALL❣️

  2. Thank you for this post and all the comments. I also love what Marian English has written. We have such a wealth of information to help us grow spiritually and prosper.

    Blessings to all.

  3. Wonderful progress is going on.. So helpful thank you Evan, Martine this article by Marian English was so helpful.
Something I loved in the article was.. “Whatever we gain spiritually is forever. Nothing has the power to take it away or make us unconscious of it.”
    Thank you all!

    1. Yes Renis I also appreciate that idea. The author also stated, “Each spiritual step forward is permanent.” That is very encouraging and comforting. Reminds me of what Mrs. Eddy said in S&H p. 74, “In Christian Science there is never a retrograde step, never a return to positions outgrown.”

As I looked up that quote I came across this article entitled No Retrograde Step from Dec 1928 CS Journal:

Love and a wonderful weekend to all my beloved Spiritviewers!

  4. Thank you, Evan, for the choice of topic. It is the perfect response to a most frustrating car problem which seemed to have me in its grips for a week and a half. .But, God’s blessings are ever present. Today He led the service managers, the shop help and me to a sudden outburst of testimonials, discovering our shared belief in His goodness and love. We all united in prayer.
They gave me a loaner car while they and the dear technician will continue to resolve the issues. Our guidance is from Proverbs: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.”
They will also , if directed in prayer, help me n finding a different car, and/or a place to donate this one. (after it’s fixed and someone in need can benefit)
My apologies for being so long winded, but I needed to share about God’s goodness and omniscience and omnipresence.
Thank you for the links to those marvelous articles as well as for the comments from all you spirit viewers.

    1. Brigitte, thank you so much for sharing. What a blessing to be all “United in prayer”!
Trusting the outcome to be in God’s hand it will be a perfect one. (=

  5. Thanks Evan; reading that sentence from Miscelaneous Writings by MBE I spontaneously declare that Mrs. Eddy is a shining example of patience and perseverence for me, and Christ Jesus is the wayshower . Mrs. Eddy was a wonderful follower of Christ Jesus. However with her angelic patience and tireless perseverence she built the CS movement with The Motherchurch and its worldwide congregation and formed the organization with its so necessary and so valuable Manual. Thanks to God and Mrs. Eddy for her selfless devotion to this great work for us all! ♡♡♡
