The radiance of the sunshine helps to brighten a foggy morning here and
gives support that is so much needed. The trees remind me of childhood when
I used to do my homework within a cluster of birch trees in the woods, where
things were safe and protected from the worldly issues that can seem to be
so challenging at times. The peace that was sheltered within thought was/is
so appreciated.

Excerpt from the lecture: “The second painting is entitled “Daniel’s answer to the King” and it shows Daniel with his focus turned from the lions to the light, to his king. You’ll notice that the lions haven’t gone anywhere and that Daniel’s hands are still bound behind his back, but their presence and activity no longer have his attention. We too can turn from the roar of mortal mind to our King, God. There’s no need to look back. We face the light of Truth and go forward.”

helpful. I love where she writes, that treatment is “absolute acknowledgement
of ever presence of infinite perfection”. And also how all things good are to
be “as expected”. Lovely thoughts to hold on to.
