Who is making the choices in your life? Is it you, after listening to God? Or are other people making those choices? It’s a healthy question to ask. And the answer determines much about the outcomes you see in your life.
That’s a real problem. Parents have a right to make choices for their children when they are very, very young, since a child has not the experience needed to make right choices. But given the right bringing up, the parents should be able to tell and encourage the child to make his/hers own decisions.
