Have you ever been tempted to look at your body to find something wrong with it? The wiser way to health is to look into divine Mind, and discover everything that is right with you as a healthy and well child of God.
In Truth, you are a spiritual being, filled with the harmony and peace of God. You live in the body of Spirit which is always in perfect health. There is only health, order, dominion, soundness, and peace to find within who you are.
In the body of Spirit, error, or disease, does not have a location. It cannot be found there, nor can it ever take up residence where God is everywhere.
To stay in good health, it’s wise to not give a location to error in your body. See yourself as a God-location, where only the health of God can be found and detected.
“Glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s” (I Cor. 6:20).

I love the simplicity of this one- I read it on a sentinel article for kids, a helpful poem: God is good, God is great, God is what we demonstrate! Easy to remember during seeming challenges.
Just this morning I prayed for the Lord to show me how I can safely lose weight , so this was very timely!

since God and Love and Truth are here.”

I was reading a testimony this past week on JSH-Online (jsh.christianscience.com) and the woman referred to “mortal mind trespassing on our thinking”. Just as we wouldn’t let someone trespass and walk right into our homes without permission; why would we do the same with our thinking and let negative thoughts trespass to distract and dupe us.

Thanks to Evan and to all for your thoughtful comments. When the jarring testimony of the material senses is screaming loud and clear, just looking away from the body doesn’t do a lot. I’m deeply grateful for all of the healing that is going on. How nice it would be to participate rather than being an onlooker.
