If you’re ever feeling stressed, let God take the reins of control! God can handle the demand of the moment.
God is an all-knowing, all-wise Mind that has a solution to every problem, an answer to every question, an open door for every right idea to advance through. When we rely upon Mind’s wisdom and direction, there is no stress involved, for Mind is never stressed out about what it can do with ease.
The human mind gets stressed out when it tries to do divine Mind’s job. The better way, is to let divine Mind do what Mind is best at. Let Mind lead, direct, govern, manage, control, inspire and pave the way.
Mind’s action is stress-free.
Take the stress out of work, by letting Mind lead your work.

Great article! Thanks
Thank you so, so much for today’s spiritual ideas Evan. Divine Mind always meet our needs and your ideas are just what I need today to keep my thoughts on track. In three days’ time we are moving house and so I have lots of preparation to do for that. I am also reading through and correcting my granddaughter’s university dissertation, which seems to take a long time. Your thoughts this morning helped me get my thoughts back on the right track and remind me who is in control – and it isn’t me! ‘Divine Mind always has met, and always will meet, every human need.’ Thank you.
I love the comforting idea that we need not struggle trying to do divine Mind’s job, but rather let it do what it does best, which as Evan says, is to lead, direct, govern, manage, inspire and take care of us. I guess that’s what is meant by the well-known expression, Let Go and Let God.
Evan thanks so much. i need to let go, and allow God to do His work. Although at times i become overwhelmed with problems.
To trust God completely is to have faith and know the all things are possible to the Divine Mind that can see only good.
Thank you Evan. “Let go and let God.” This has been to me a wonderful tool. There was a time I wanted to move house. It seamed very difficult as all the houses I found never met my desire. After six months I handed up everything about it to God. I sat on my laptop working out the reality about house. I worked with ideas like, house as light, shelter, comfort, peace, happiness etc. In each of these ideas I searched the bible and Science and Health as well as other works of Mary Baker Eddy and assembled all together. I then took up time to get a better understanding of the research. By the third day I told a friend of mine I needed a house. Behold she called for me the next day to come and inspect one she found in the same neighborhood. It was an exact fit.
I can. Say here that stepping aside and letting divine Love do what I found so difficult, whereas it was nothing to God left me at a different sphare of thought. This is joyous. I remain grateful to God at all times.
Thank you very much for this timely reminder to “Let’s GO and let GOD”. I will be still, and the knowing will manifest every answer. ‘Sticking’ with a readiness to duty to those two good ole standbys “To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, today is big with blessings!”, and “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need.” ♥️
The article Martine shared (thank you) had two Truths that stood out
to me, “omnipotent Mind, encircling Love”. We can’t be in a better
place than the one Mind!
And the Master was “fearless when faced by the evidences of insanity”.
So many things in the world today that are being done seem to make no
sense, (like insanity), with lawlessness, thus accelerating crime, etc.
Peaceful thoughts from stress are such a blessing. ” I feel the calm and
joy of things immortal, The loveliness of Love is all around … Thought soars
enraptured, fetter less and free”. (Hymn #64).
I am so grateful for the shared feeling of calm here today.

’Tis what I know of Thee, my Lord and God,
That fills my soul with peace, my lips with song;
Thou art my health, my joy, my staff, my rod;
I lean on Thee, in weakness I am strong. Hymn 195
