  1. This is PRECISELY what I needed today. Deep down I know that this is how Jesus thought on a daily basis – and thus it translated into His compassion toward even those who mocked Him at the cross.

    JANUARY 17, 2011 ISSUE

    Perfect reflection
    Melissa Baker
    Looking deep into the
    reflection in the lake
    and taking a head count,
    nothing was missing.

    Every cloud, tree, leaf, blade
    of grass,
    every sailboat, duck, bird,
    nothing was missing,
    the reflection mirrored it all.

    A reflection can’t
    delete some objects
    and add others;
    reflection is exact.

    Looking deep into God,
    man is His reflected image.
    Nothing is missing,
    the reflection mirrors All.

    Thanks Evan for every Spiritual view

  3. Thank you, Evan. I pray to know everyday that nothing in our experience is outside of our reflection.

  4. “In the camera of divine Mind” By Margaret Wylie. From the January 8, 2024 issue of The CS Sentinel:

    No distorted lens
    clouds or warps the exact likeness
    or flawless image

    No blurry focus
    nor double-mindedness dims
    Love’s pure expression

    Mind’s light pours forth,
    clearly illuminating
    precise reflection

    Mind sees its own
    idea—ever
    lovely, complete,
    picture-perfect.

  5. I am sorry i sent the poem and waited ,
    Nothing showed up.
    Very sorry. I hope there aren’t any more.

    Happy reflecting God every day.

  6. I was struck at how STIL the water was that reflected the picture – a useful hint , I thought !
    When thought is ‘ busy ‘ it cannot express the true , uncluttered reflection

    1. Very true Wanda, when we let ourselves be still we can more clearly hear the ‘Still Small Voice’ of God and know we are His reflection.

    2. Your comment, WandaUK, as well as the others shared and the
      beautiful original message and photo inspired looking up a quote,

      “Like water which can clearly mirror the sky and the trees only
      so long as its surface is undisturbed, the mind can only reflect
      the true image of the Self when it is tranquil and wholly relaxed” –
      Indra Devi

      and, “The way we experience the world around us is a direct
      reflection of the world within us” – Ritu Ghatourey

      and one more, ” To be able to greet the sun with the sounds
      from all of Nature is a great blessing, and it helps us to
      remember who is the real provider of all of our benefits” –
      Thomas Yellowtail

  7. Thank you very very much, dear Evan! Such a wonderful, needed comforting and so loved perfect divine Truth!!

    This CS Hymnal # 51 I found very lovely and suitable to today’s SpiritView:

    Eternal Mind the Potter is,
    And thought th’ eternal clay:
    The hand that fashions is divine,
    His works pass not away.
    Man is the noblest work of God,
    His beauty, power and grace;
    Immortal; perfect as his Mind
    Reflected face to face.

    God could not make imperfect man
    His model infinite;
    Unhallowed thought He could not plan,
    Love’s work and Love must fit.
    Life, Truth and Love the pattern make,
    Christ is the perfect heir;
    The clouds of sense roll back, and show
    The form divinely fair.

    God’s will is done; His kingdom come;
    The Potter’s work is plain;
    The longing to be good and true
    Has brought the light again.
    And man does stand as God’s own child,
    The Image of His Love.
    Let gladness ring from every tongue,
    And heaven and earth approve.

    Are not these words the 100 % perfection of God’s loved creation, MAN !?

    Thank you all very much for the articles and your inspirations!♡
