Have you ever felt lost, not sure which way to go or where to find the health, happiness and supply you’re looking for? There’s a path to follow that will lead you to the solutions you seek.

In this video, I share some ideas on how to find a path to boundless health and freedom, and some of the detours to avoid that might get you distracted along the way.

I filmed this vlog while hiking in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota, in September of 2020.

  1. The vlog this morning reminds me of the poem, “Feed My Sheep” by mary Baker Eddy. The wonderful hymn #304 – 309 was a comfort often sung to me by my Mother as a child.
Easily brought back to mind by this morning’s message.
The trail on your video this morning does look rugged. You had a map to keep you securely directed.
Our map is our angel thoughts coming from events like this morning’s gathering. And from our studies of Christian Science. We are grateful for each one. Feeling uplifted, Thank you Evan and all followers of Truth.

  2. Evan how helpful and bold to describe Christian Science as the comforter.. Yet it is a gift you have to unwrap completely to fully experience. Mrs, Eddy says to follow her only so far as she follows the Christ.
This is what helps me to stay on the path. I ask myself is this Christ’s pathway or is it a plan of my own making? So my heart says: “Sheppard show me how to go.”

    1. Dear Angie, thank you very much for your steadily so lovingly giving us the links to the helpful articles! ♡♡♡

  3. Many hymns in our hymnal have the words,
    path and pathway.
    Page 64.
From sense to Soul my pathway lies before me,
    From mist and shadow into Truth’s clear day;
The dawn of all things real is breaking o’re me,
My heart is singing: I have found the way.

Love, Truth’s clear day, the dawn of all things,
    and especially…a singing heart. ♥️

    1. Caroline Violet Spiller Hay wrote hymn 64 and other poems in our hymnal. She was a student of Mrs. Eddy. Directed by her to go to London. and organize First Church of London England. After that was accomplished she then went to South Africa and organized there as well. While there she met and married Mr. Hay, a nobal in the British Navy. She was an author, lecturer, and practitioner who also served as executive for The Mother Church in many capacities. If you “Google” her name you may listen to here voice briefly. As well you may see a photo of this outstanding contributer of our dear cause. With us till 1969 and thereafter through her wonderful accomplishments and messages.
Look for hymn 175, Hyfrydol may be translated Delightful. Also by Violet.

      1. Wow David! Thank you so much for this very interesting information about Violet Hay. I will “google” her.

And thank you Evan for another lovely and helpful vlog. Mrs. Eddy’s poem/hymn “Feed My Sheep” has the wonderful reminder “I will listen for Thy voice, Lest my footsteps stray;” It has come to thought often to help guide my way, reminding me to listen so I take the right path. (=

  6. Thank you Evan and all whose comments are listed today. I used to be a runner and when I ran I was usually on a beach by myself. However, I was never alone. The Comforter was always with me. I’m so grateful for Spirit View and the company of those who follow the pathway of Truth, Life and Love. Merry Christmas and Blessings to All.

  7. Thanks Evan for the reminder to stay on the straight and narrow and joyous Path.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalms 119:105)

  8. Thank you very much, Evan for your wonderful Vlog! Today’s Vlog points clearly the way to health, happyness and abundance of all goodness of God. This way is to follow Christ and Mrs. Eddy. This way leads through the Bible and Science and Health by MBE. I love your beautiful verbal and visual Illustrations and to see you in all your pretty holiday landscapes.
