Have you ever been pushed into a decision you’re not ready to make? And then later regretted making the decision because it led to poor consequences?
Be wise about your decision making. Do what you do because you know it’s the right thing to do.
Sometimes we need to give ourselves space to think about the best path forward, to listen and pray until the right idea takes form and says, “This is the way to go.”
The book of Proverbs reminds us, “Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe” (Proverbs 2:11, NLT). It’s much more intelligent to be patient and wait for the right idea to take form, than to act on a bad idea and later back up and start over.
The one Mind of God always knows the best decision to make. Listen, be patient. You’ll hear what you need to hear. The right idea will come and point the way forward.
Make wise choices. It’s doable!
Thank you Evan! I have discovered this to be so true. This planet seems to be in a panic, rush state right now. I must remind myself to be patient and know that Mind of God is my compass. Take time to decide, weigh and measure everything before moving. Best outcomes are Mind of God decisions!

This is such an important message. We see on firms advertising
products the word “Hurry, don’t miss out, limited edition,
but now before they all go, they are going fast etc.”
.. I have learned that if we are looking for something in particular and
we see these urging temptations, we don’t need to be influenced by them.
We can calmly make sure that what they are advertising is exactly what we
need and check it out before buying.
Making wise choices involves patience and
trust, that God will make sure it is the right choice if we
consult Him first. We can guard against this subtle sales talk, and
b e wise.

Yes, Thank you, Evan – Sometimes we are pressured by some one
or some thing to do what we later regret or do something on a
whim because it seems right for that moment. Advertisements
are great in tempting us to do as they promote and it is always
good to try to listen to that “still, small voice”, that is not always
loud enough to hear through the din of mortal thinking, but very
worthwhile to leading us in making right decisions.
