So glad it was published in a local newspaper. The public needs to be informed about Christian Science and its healing effects based on Christ Jesus life and works. The public is starved for true healing. Thank you for all you do for humanity.

Evan. I love the statement, “Know the truth and the truth will set you
free.” That applies to Everything! And as the Truth unfolds in so
many ways, of late, it is great to see this awakening. It is so good
to see ‘faith’ healings in current general publications and even in
places one would not expect to see.
Thank you Evan for sharing this healing with us. Every form of mesmerism is healed by Christ. We only need to raise our consciousness to find reality which never fails because it is all there is.

It’s so helpful to hear how you pray in these situations that are so mesmerizing and that seem so real. We can overcome by knowing the Truth! As you so aptly demonstrated, we declare the Truth and trust in its power to transform thought , turning away from the physical evidence, and healing takes place. I’ve demonstrated this sometimes quickly and sometimes with persistence. I’m so grateful for your example!

I loved hearing that your mother always told you, “No matter where you are, God is there!” I didn’t grow up with religious or spiritual teachings in my home, but I do remember my mother saying to me (as I got to the teenage years and went out into the world more on my own) that God was walking along side me. I had the sense that she was trying to reassure herself of my safety, and honestly I didn’t pay much attention to this statement. But now looking back, I’m grateful she planted a seed in me of knowing God’s constant care.
Wonderful! To turn people to GOD this time of year is especially kind and helpful as folks struggle with where to celebrate and with whom. Celebrating with Godf in prayer is a great place . Thank you.

Quick note: Since there probably folks reading this who are new to this Teaching, perhaps it would be good to have a quick Review of how prayer in Christian Science heals.
Also, if you had called a Christian Science friend, or public Practitioner of CS, how their prayers would have healed you….using words that a total newcomer to this teaching might grasp… perhaps using simple analogies, etc.
Just a thought. Anyone?
