Finding your space

September 13, 2022 | 18 comments

Do you ever feel like you need your own space?

Perhaps you’re living in tight quarters with other people busily moving and talking around you most of the time. Maybe the television in the house is running non-stop, and it’s hard to find a quiet place to think and pray.

Whatever the reason, there’s a metaphysical place you can go to find your own space.

With God, space is not a physical dimension, but a spiritual state of Mind. It’s not height, depth, and width in matter, but height, depth, and width in Mind.

In divine Mind, there are no physical limits, material constraints, or mortal mind confinements to contend with. Inspired thought is free to soar without bounds.

Space with Mind is the freedom and scope to live, think and develop spiritually. It’s not about physical parameters. It’s about spiritual inspiration.

When feeling like we have no space, it helps to redeem our sense of space with Spirit, for in Spirit, there are no material limits. In Spirit, thought is free to soar to divine heights. Spiritual sense can go anywhere!

As a child of God, you live, move, and have all being in Mind. Mind is the realm of Love, a space that is filled with dominion, poise, grace, self-control, love, and spiritual mindedness.

Feel free to claim your space with God today and enjoy the peace that comes with it.

  1. Love this…thank you Evan. Sometimes it can even bring a feeling of resentfulness regarding what or who is preventing a much needed ‘quiet ‘ time .
However, as is so helpfully worded by Evan above, spiritual inspiration and freedom have none of the confinement of mortal minds doing. We can instantly draw on divine Mind anytime, anywhere . It is our constant right and ability❣️

  2. Verity mentioned the last sentence.
Feel free to claim your space with God
today and enjoy the peace that comes
    with it.
Empty can be just as loud, distracting,
    aggressive, endless.
Thanks Evan for using the word, peace.
Happy happy day in God’s peaceful
    space today, and every gay.

  3. Thank you, Evan! This is such an Inspired, and inspiring message to hold onto no matter where you are; grocery store check out line, traffic on a roadway, in the office, at home. Your message reminds us that wherever we are, in whatever circumstance, we have our divine “closet” right there with us. If we’ve stepped out of our “closet” we can just step right back in to find and re-establish our peace. Thank you so much for your message this morning!

    1. Thank you Wendy and Evan for stating that even in distracting or crowded places we are not separated from our closet. I find it challenging to recognize the always-present, quiet space of Mind at busy or hurried/harried times. But as ideas (of the most high God) it actually makes sense that we are not constrained or limited by physical space. Can an idea be constrained? No. As Evan said we are “free to soar to divine heights.”

  4. I’m so grateful for this, at-a time in my Senior years, I am Homeless, with no affordable place to go! Thank you, Evan!

  5. I have always loved the phrase: ” I have a secret place near to the heart of God, and that is where I dwell”.

  6. Thank you Evan and all! Thank you John for that phrase: “I have a secret place near to the heart of God, and that is where I dwell”.

  7. Even when we seem to have no home to live, also then God can prepare us a spiritual niche in which we can pray and work out our socalled problem with our loving Father-Mother God to find a proper home. Actually our home is where God is!
Yes, I meant a bit J Carol Fling. I hope I understood her aright. God cares for us all!
I thank God, that He gave me the niche in which to
pray and feel free to claim my spiritual space with God! Thank you very very much dear Evan for your utmost comforting and healing spiritual views on the daily matters!♡
Thanks Angie for the article which I will read in die time♡
